The hotel offers excellent breakfast an dinner. Mattresses are very comfortable. Rooms were comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to families. We enjoyed the nice spa inside the hotel. Location was great with close access to the ski lift.

Great location, 3 minutes walk to the funicular. There is storage space for skis. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. At the bar bartender makes delicious cocktails. Comfortable mattresse. Cleaning of the room is impeccable. Nice spa area. Recommended for ski lovers.

We booked this hotel through a Sunweb package tour for our annual ski trip. What a fantastic hotel, firstly close to the ski lift (5 minute walk), rooms excellent, serviced daily. Half board option was fantastic with plenty of choice each evening, fish and salads along with buffet selections superb. Special mention to Hugo the barman who really looked after us during our stay, top bloke who is a credit to the hotel and his profession. Shout out to Zoe in reception who looked after all of our add hock requests. Lovely hotel well worth a visit.

Hemos estado cinco días durante esta semana un grupo de amigos y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Personal súper amable y atento. Tanto los desayunos como las cenas muy variados, y de calidad. Sin duda repetiré en cuanto vuelva a Canillo.

Un hotel excepcional calidad/precio, bien situado y moderno en el centro de Canillo el comedor muy bien, variado y con una plancha en la que te hacían la comida en el acto, las habitaciones bastante bien a falta de algo más de luz, sin duda volveré.
