The apartment was huge, clean and well equipped. The decor was a little dated but it was so clean and had everything you needed. The lady who managed the apartments was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time, fantastic location with bars and restaurants all within a short walk. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa vecchia e trasandata struttura verso fine settembre 2024. Di seguito elenco i problemi riscontrati: • mobili con ante danneggiate • cucina obsoleta • frigorifero arrugginito • bollitore pieno d'acqua, Dio solo sa da quanto tempo fosse li • quadri ammuffiti • divano sporco, strappato e sprofondato, coperto con una coperta per nascondere il tutto • tappeti posati sul pavimento per coprire parti della moquette logorata e macchiata • sedie del tavolo da pranzo macchiate • sedie del tavolino macchiate • mobili con vernice scrostata • moquette usurata e macchiata, con vari tentativi fai-da-te per ripararla • parcheggio limitato: 3 posti per 12 camere • panchina della piscina rotta • pompa della piscina quasi mai funzionante, con conseguente acqua piena di insetti morti in superficie • tende logore e strappate • caldaia elettrica da 30 litri per 2 persone (5 minuti di acqua calda in parole povere per farsi la doccia in due) • snack scaduti trovati nei cassetti, senza idea di da quanto tempo fossero lì Lascio una serie di foto VERE ed ATTUALI, come testimonianza del nostro soggiorno. Tutto questo ben di dio alla modica (sarcasmo) cifra di 130€ a notte. Solo una parola: VERGOGNA!

Estadia que supera as expectativas!
Nossa estadia superou as expectativas, começando pela localização, fácil acesso do aeroporto, quando chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos pela staff, limpeza e organização do alojamento impecáveis, fácil comunicação quando precisamos com o responsável. A vista é maravilhosa, atravessando a rua já há restaurantes, mercado, locadora de carros, se andar 5 minutos há mais um mercado, pastelaria e restaurantes. A praia fica no máximo 10 minutos andando, mas do apartamento já vê ela, o nascer do sol fica com vista para o alojamento, então acordem cedo para apreciar. Há uma área comum muito gostosa de estar, com espreguiçadeiras, piscina e muita flora. Roupas de cama confortáveis, a cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que precisamos para fazer nossas refeições. Foi muito cômodo e satisfatório estar lá, caso voltemos para Madeira, com certeza iremos voltar a nos hospedar no Caniço e indicaremos aos amigos. Compensa muito o custo benefício, a gente se sentiu em casa por tudo. Obrigada pela hospedagem maravilhosa e o tratamento amável.
