We are currently staying at the hotel and half the facilities are not yet open. Having read the reviews of this hotel I feel I am at an entirely different place, and these reviews have not been written by guests, but instead bought by marketing (look and see that they only have a couple of TripAdvisor reviews - obviously paid for and all say the same and not what you'd expect to see on TA). The indoor pool is not open so we could not swim during our stay as the outdoor pools are not heated and far too cold for our children. Also the spa facilities are closed so we could not even use the sauna. Reception is full of people complaining, and the staff just have to keep apologizing for so many facilities not being open. The food is cold and takes a long time to bring out new options. It is also not of a 5 star standard. Save your money and go somewhere else that delivers what is says on the website, as this hotel is not yet open.

This resort is newly opened and is still getting up to speed. As with all 5 star resorts the grounds and amenities are beautiful. What makes one resort stand out over others for me is most certainly staff. I was pleased with the service overall even though much of the staff seemed to still be somewhat training. But there were several staff members that truly made this resort a gem. Tatiana, the restaurant manager at the Portuguese restaurant was incredibly hospitable and friendly. As was the restaurant staff in the Steak house restaurant Carvao. But a special mention for Aneta. Her Sparkling personality and outstandingly friendly service was a treasure to find on this up and coming resort. Always a smile. Aneta was incredibly helpful in navigating our stay both on the resort and the island. Her recommendations of where to go and what to see was always spot on. She went so far as to map out full day itineraries around the island for us. Aneta made our time on the island very efficient as far as packing in as much to do and see for the time we were there. But above all was her being a genuinely friendly and caring host. Staff makes the difference indeed.

Half the facilities are closed at this hotel, and will be until May 2025, including the indoor pool and sauna. So no idea how it can call itself a spa hotel when the facilities aren't open. Absolutely gutted that they have taken our money and not provided the facilities they promised. Would not recommend anyone staying here and pay for somewhere else. At the moment it's a glorified buffet with a bed. Customer services were terrible and didn't answer any of our complaints. Worst stay ever.

had a great vacation for a week, i enjoyed the mountains on three sides of the hotel and the sea on one side, thanks to Jiaul for her amazing attention on our everyday Dinner time, he was so helpful, The facilities are decent and the buffets throughout the day were very good.

The most amazing combination of nature with beatifully designed buildings and amazing staff. The indoors are beautiful, the landscape is amazing, you can see the mountains and the ocean from everywhere on the resort. The rooms are big and confortável, good materials and design. The beach and the natural pool are flawless. There is plenty of food and beverages , many options and no cues at all like other resorts. The staff are very helpfull. Perfect Stay!

Wow, what a fabulous experience. A lovely complex beautifully built. The staff are fantastic and do happy and helpful. Pristine clean premise with attention to detail. Great food and drink available. Lots of restaurant choices. The experience far exceeded our expectations and we had excellent value and quality here. The whale watching was great as well (pilot whales). The real gem of this lovely hotel is the staff (and the food and ambience). Would not hesitate to stay again.

My wife and I saw this hotel on line at the end of August. We realised that it was a really good deal as the hotel was just opening and having stayed in Dreams resorts before, unlimited luxury, the price was cheap. Fabulous food in all restaurants 5 star all the way, no clue why another review could possibly say otherwise, great staff throughout the resort who go out of their way to help you. Definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of going. However, you do need to be fit and able as the resort is on a hill and there are loads of steps , lol

We come from there two days ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Getting to the hotel is pretty easy from the airport and drive to About 10 minutes drive, Bolt from the airport cost us 4.25 euros. Very luxurious and Historica hotel, The food is splendid, different bread types, salade, beans & sausages and eggs. And so much fruit, oh my and so tasty as well. The coffee is really nice as wel. . My god, that was so good. Everyday was different but always extremely tasty and really healthy (if you skip on the fried stuff). I am very sportive and health oriented. Trust me, eating here can be as clean as can be, World cafe all of Staff was extremely friendly excellent service provided Jaiul & Cook Mahfuz (For special asian spicy Chicken curry), The cleaning of the rooms was really good. Every day clean sheets, new towels and a quick clean of the bathroom. Really good.

The location is great, the architecture and design too. The views are incredible The rooms are well decorated, but things have not been thouroughly done, the towel holders are falling the door knobs too. Not well screwed on. Housekeeping does not already come. Everyone is kind, but the service is not yet running smoothly. But the food is just APPALLING, I have quite frankly not very often eaten so badly
