"Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Very polite and friendly staff. Some areas for improvement 1. Shower hot and cold water mixer was not perfect, giving very hot water. 2. The WC area was very congested. 3. English communication was difficult with staff in the restaurant."

"Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost. While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists. I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time. Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou."

"This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !"

"The hotel is located in the park, and the surrounding environment is good. Fruits, coffee, and service are also good. The gym equipment is relatively complete, and basically everything is satisfactory without pursuing weight. There are some things that need to be improved. The shower head on the bathroom does not flow smoothly, the hair dryer has low wind power, and the two pairs of pillows are soft."

"The comfort of the room is surprising. As a newly opened hotel, the room not only has no decoration smell, but also is clean like a newly opened gift. The decoration style of the new Chinese style and modern simplicity is of a sense of quality. The intelligent voice control of the whole house is super practical, and you can control the lights, air conditioning and curtains by shouting ”small degrees”, and even two-year-old children can use it freely. The most memorable thing is the bedding, the soft skin-friendly mattress and pillow comfort are full, and many residents have stayed decisively because they slept too well. The bathroom is well designed for dry and wet separation, the quality of toiletries is good, and the details are very careful."

"The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is of good quality. The hotel's pricing is reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. However, there is a mall within a 10-minute walk that has several western fast food chains such as KFC, Subway, and McDonald's."

"Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou."
