訂房時，網頁提供的照片資料顯示有兩張椅子，但實際只有一張，有點不方便，要坐到床邊。後來向前台反映了，送來一張摺椅，勉強可接受，但不是太舒適的感覺。
前台的服務員態度有問題，好像很想與客人頂嘴吵架，我的訂單本來是住3晚，後來已於携程退1晚，退款也已收到，但服務員未問詳細，便直接向我說我退1晚房間的操作失誤，應該全單取消再訂，她說話的態度沒禮貌，令客人不解為何無故被質疑，很掃興致。
另外，前台服務員應該主動向超過一人入住的情況，詢問是否需要多一張房卡，因為上落升降機均須拍房卡，如果多位客人不是一起進出酒店便不方便。

前台服務態度不敢恭維，我去住個店，問為什麼是中午12點前退房（常駐廣州，一般是14點前退房），前台一臉不屑的説我們這裏就是這樣，你住不住隨便你。。。。。

比預想的好，前台説房間在樓梯口會比較吵，但晚上並沒怎麼聽到雜音。房間乾淨設施齊全，樓下就有超市很方便。

酒店環境太好了吧，大堂特別温馨，有一種讓人舒心的香味，特別好聞。房間也很大很乾凈，晚上睡覺特別安靜，房間的隔音特別好。她們的早餐也很豐富。滿意！

前台小姐姐很熱情有禮貌，見我帶着兩個小朋友入住，主動給了我小童的拖鞋還有牙刷，很貼心。房間的衞生很乾凈，晚上睡得很安心！

小蒼梧縣的最好的酒店吧，對面就是國有銀行，安全性蠻好的，樓下大型超市，步行三分鐘就是本地最好的酒樓，早餐柳州仔。
就是早上六點鐘開始放音樂太吵，早上不好睡….
