整幢民宿佈局合理，温馨愜意，位置很好，一樓是廳，活動室，喝茶聊天吃飯打牌寫書法各取所需，二樓房間每個房間都有陽台，陽台上都有椅子枱子，坐在陽台上邊喝茶聊天，邊吹着山風，很舒服，早晨還能看日出。
民宿旁還有個咖啡室，有個大露台，是看夕陽的最佳攝影點，在大露台上喝咖啡，看夕陽，看書和聊天，悠哉悠哉。

這是一家座落於蒼南福德景區內半山麗舍民宿，給我的新春假期帶來的大大的驚喜，雖然衹有四間客房但是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，房間寬敞特別讓我驚喜，每間客房都有一個大陽台配備户外桌椅供客人看日出泡茶聊天，特別值得一體的老闆蘇先生是一位非常優秀設計師，老闆娘賈小姐顏值爆表情商超高，非常會站在客人的角度想問題，民宿內的咖啡廳現磨咖啡，香醇濃郁，色味香俱全的早餐讓我欲罷不能。

兩晚都住在半山麗舍，在福德灣古村落區域內，位於半山腰，站在院子裏可以俯瞰礬山鎮，由原來的鍋爐房改建，總共才4間房，上樓就要換拖鞋，很雅緻的鄉村美式裝修。圖9是露天咖啡館，看夕陽視角滿分；圖5是房間的陽台，喝茶碼字兩相宜，來了就不想走了

去蒼南海邊玩後去的礬山鎮，民宿在福德灣的中心位置，在半山腰上，衹有4個房間，很安靜的一個地方，老闆娘還有一個咖啡廳，適合坐着放空、福德灣是以前一個礦山，景點屬於相對冷門的地方，也不用門票，但是景色也不錯，我們帶着小娃走走停停，非常舒服，因為民宿在半山腰，如果吃飯對話，要到鎮上去，我們不想走，直接在老闆娘那定的韓式烤肉套餐，幾個人在民宿過了個特別舒適的夜晚，我們因為是電車，老闆娘把自己的充電樁給我們充電了，強烈給老闆娘點贊

因為颱風誤打誤撞來到此處，頂上是一望無際的天空美景，眼前是崔巍的蒼南第一高峯鶴頂山，足下是具有600多年歷史的中國工業文化遺產的礦山集鎮——世界礬山。

旅社很舒適，入住體驗蠻好的，早上能在陽台看到超級漂亮的日出。雖然在山裡不過蚊蟲不算很多，但是還是要帶驅蚊液😄晚上有在露台提供免費茶水，早上也有提供很豐盛的早餐，現磨咖啡都沒肚子嘗就離開了，小孩走了之後還戀戀不捨。
