衞生嘛？沒有衞生可説，臟，亂，臭！走道都是臭烘烘的。地面床單上都有好多毛毛，房間簡陋。不會再住第二次，而且沒有什麼服務，房間礦泉水都沒有。

衞生狀況極差，圖1-2地上血漬，圖3-5枕頭套沒有更換，圖6被罩血漬，很難理解客房衞生搞成這樣，更難理解同客房服務員A講：讓他過來房間看下，更換被罩。A回覆，洗不掉的，將就下...！ 然後打電話給前台，等了半小時還不上來繼而又打電話催前台，上來服務員B：請他枕頭套也換下，結果B還在看見有毛髮的情況下依舊狡辯是換過的！圖3是退掉枕套裏面枕頭的樣子！看圖證據講話吧，民宿談不上管理能理解，起碼尊重下客人的智商！

老闆娘熱情，門口就是沙灘，在全景的落地窗房間裏可以看海上日出，民宿有自己的停車場，非常方便，海鮮價格比較公道

非常滿意 停車方便 房間乾淨整潔舒服 訂的家庭海景房 這個店人氣足 住着很安心 晚上睡得也很好 沙灘零距離 晚餐午餐都在裏面吃 點的海鮮非常新鮮 比周圍都便宜 別的地方也吃了 比如那個沐X 又貴品質也不行 早餐也好非常乾淨 比在其它店吃的扁肉啊年糕都好吃多了 王孫海灘首選 要不是上海過去太遠真想每個月都去 真好呀

非常滿意的一次旅程～酒店就在沙灘邊，晚上吃完晚飯還能帶小孩去海里遊個泳～第二天出海捕魚也安排的很舒服，老闆娘很熱情，下次有機會還會來的！

點評的維度是不是可以換下了。衞生，服務風格安全一般，沒啥大問題。但是住宿設施是真不行❌。五一當天去了臨時訂的，將近500的價格，進到房間1.吸頂燈是壞的，説讓用射燈2.廁所排氣扇壞的，很潮3.充電口太少就是裏面傢俱很老舊，用了很久了。估計是住到了尾房。真不值這個價
