從內心是能理解的，畢竟是個小縣城的邊沿地區，沒怎麼開發，但是確實居住環境確實的不行，最可怕的是，隔音效果很差很差，頭頂如果住了人，哪怕輕輕走，都能聽見很大的聲音

這家民宿位於景區中心地段，距老街、海邊、海鮮樓都很很近，房費性價比高，老闆和老闆娘服務態度很好，在遊客眾多、難停車的情況下，老闆娘積極幫助我們安排停車，耐心細緻地為我們介紹當地的景點等情況。

怎麼説呢，老闆不會普通話，找了個老爺爺來交涉，貌似是男主人，一直問我房間多少錢，我要看下訂單才記得具體數目，結果房間根本連不上網絡！這個真的讓人很頭大，電視信號也不好，想找老闆也沒看到人。房間衞生間很大，這個價格在網絡上合理，衹是去了當地才發現這類民宿真的很多，價格也很便宜！房間讓人膈應的點在於衞生間有用了一半的肥皂，燒水壺裡有不知什麼時候留下的水，掀開被子還看到床單上一根兩三釐米的黑頭髮，但是老爺爺帶我們去房間的路上一直問我們能不能住大床房，我心想這是怕打掃麻煩，但側面也能反應他們應該有做清潔。衹不過這樣的問話也給人不好的感覺，我都預訂了雙人間也強調要兩個床，為何一定要我們住大床呢？房間設施的話有床有電視機有晾衣架和曬衣服的地方，衣櫃也有，房間裏燒水壺垃圾桶吹風機一次性牙刷牙具漱口的杯子都齊全，對了衞生紙也是好幾包，但都被人打開使用過，這個有潔癖的人可能也會膈應，民宿節約成本可以理解，衹是這種用了一半的東西如果不繼續放在出售的房間，也許會讓顧客感受更好些。綜合的入住感受是，我可以理解民宿不容易，但不會推薦朋友去。

房民宿就在老街旁邊不遠，出行方便。價格實惠，房間尚可，設施能滿足住一晚打發過去的需求，民宿不適合高要求高標準的人。
