Good and clean hotels near Ambarukmo Plaza, Located across XXI & Starbucks. Service was good and friendly. My suite room was also clean, large and comfortable. Note : hot water for shower was not stable.

I recently stayed at The Rich Hotel over the weekend, and I was really impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near Jogja City Mall, allowing me to enjoy karaoke, shopping, and dining easily. The price I paid was definitely worth the quality I got. Highly recommended!

good looking and nicely service for business and leisure . The cleanliness is good, but the mushala should be better if the ablution it is not too far. The food is okay and the service of the food is quietly very good. Maybe if there is lively flower or orchids flower not a plastic flower that is more better.

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead. But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician. But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either. Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta. But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

The interior design is nice,classic mode and clean. Nice comfortable breakfast place while looking at the view frim thr top floor wuth sufficient menu, not too many menus but enough for breakfast.what needs to be fixed is that some TV channels are not active.

I hope my review can avoid anyone to be in this bad place. When I arrived it was early for check-in, I decided to book the lava tour via the hotel (a waste of time and money). Towards the end of the tour, the jeep driver, a young boy, made very heavy comments. I returned to the hotel and made this point known to a man in the reception, who started laughing at me and told the colleagues who reacted with a fragrant laugh. The morning afterwards I made a witness to a woman at the reception that I had to take my clothes to wash because the water of the air conditioner was dropped on the clothes and washing them, and I made it clear that it seemed correct to be paid back. Magically, the girl no longer understands English. I told her too what happened the day before during the lava tour and what was the reaction of colleagues ... but also in this case the English.. forgotten. The place in general is a big barrack. The staff is incapable and without a minimum of professionalism. There are several coffee but all closed or without products. It should be a hotel for business people ...but always really a noisy, dirty and bad circus. The lack of respect for me was the worst and it was really a bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to women, but generally to all those who have a minimum of respect and consideration for the next.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! I visited Mtilan on a vacation. And I chose the front one inn hotel to stay because of its strategic location if you want to go to jojja, mahjong or Borobudur. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious. Although there's no restaurant, but if there's a lot of selling around the hotel at night, I'm not confused about the comedy.

The place is surrounded by zoo1 but the bamboo room 2 for the bathroom was fixed. Yeah. The closet... because of the bauk3. And shake the clothes.. if you want to go to the house, it's not good.. ..the reproductive servants are friendly.. thanks for the lower.
