A relaxing and beautiful trip. The facilities are clean, harmonious and well kept. The food excellent and most ingredients come from in house. It’s entire staff were courteous, professional and happy. Special thanks to Johan and Candy (spelling) from the restaurant who made our dinners, lunch and breakfast times super special. They were always prompt with a professional smile and knowledgeable of the dishes presented. Thank you Guizado Portillo for making our stay memorable.

Absolutely the best resort/hotel in the area. You MUST stay here! This is the most beautiful location! Amazing gardens, wonderful food, and top-notch rooms of various sizes and styles. We have now been twice and will come back again. Gardens, river, bikes, playground, football pitch, mountains and LOTS of activities in the area like river rafting, horseback, hiking very close to hotel. The resort has included pool, bikes, animals....oh, and the FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!!!!...Cuy, shrimp, salad, yuca, quinoa, beef...it was gourmet!! Also, they have THE BEST PISCO WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! So unique...Hand made infusions of locally made Pisco using local grapes. We will try to post pictures but none of them will do it justice. ........ Absolutamente el mejor resort/hotel en el área. ¡DEBES quedarte aquí! ¡Este es el lugar más hermoso! Jardines asombrosos, comida maravillosa y habitaciones de primer nivel de varios tamaños y estilos. Ya hemos estado dos veces y volveremos de nuevo. Jardines, río, bicicletas, parque infantil, campo de fútbol, montaña y MUCHAS actividades en la zona como rafting, paseos a caballo, senderismo muy cerca del hotel. El resort ha incluido alberca, bicicletas, animales....ah, y la COMIDA ES INCREÍBLE!!!!!!...Cuy, camarones, ensalada, yuca, quínoa, carne...fue gourmet!! Además, tienen EL MEJOR PISCO QUE HEMOS PROBADO!!! Tan único... Infusiones hechas a mano de pisco hecho localmente usando uvas locales. Intentaremos publicar fotos, pero ninguna de ellas le hará justicia.

Third time I come with my family. The air you breathe, the sound of the river, the animals and other nature around are well worth the entire journey. We have never used the pool, because there is too much wind. It is essential to use repellent. Everyone is very friendly. Special mention to Candy from the restaurant. Their attention to the three services was very pleasant. I must also acknowledge the improvement in the quality of the food offered in the restaurant, from last year to now.

It is the third time that I visit the Hacienda & Resort Guizado Portillo, it is best to opt for the package with food included. The treatment is always very friendly, I made my reservation directly with the Resort via WhatsApp and everything went smoothly and without problems. All the staff is very helpful and attentive, the facilities are spacious and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and cool (they have a fan), the pools are cleaned every morning, there are board games, swings, hammocks, games for children, beds jumping jacks, area to play soccer and volleyball, bicycles, mini zoo, a chapel, river viewpoint, etc. The restaurant service is very good, everyone is very attentive, on my last visit my family and I were served by Miss Betzabe and we are very grateful for her attention, also very grateful to everyone for the detail of the birthday pancake. From breakfast to dinner, everything was very delicious. The entree that we repeated the most was the prawn chupe. I also recommend the spicy prawns as a base, although all the dishes we ordered were very delicious. We really enjoyed our visit ✨

We have been very satisfied with our stay, we purchased the 2-night package, very good rooms, quite spacious, clean and with an excellent view of the pool. The restaurant is nice, excellent variety of dishes, both for lunch and dinner, but I think they should vary a little more with the desserts, everything else is excellent.
