Very beautiful hotel, well located and easily accessible. Cozy indoor area, thermal pool was incredible. Gym and sauna were also differentiators. Amazing experience.

Hotel ótimo, limpeza top, atendimento excelente, refeições tbem. Apenas a piscina térmica q apresentou problemas e foi sanado 2 dias após a estadia.

Sensacional, nossa estadia foi perfeita! Room service funcionam super bem. O hotel é lindo, todas as instalações estão novinhas assim como os quartos que possuem aquecedor e um chuveiro esplêndido que com certeza será o melhor banho da sua vida. Em especial adoramos as bikes que ficam disponíveis no lobby, tivemos um passeio muito diferente por Canela.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns.
Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties.

Very good stay, Hotel with excellent location, new facilities, comfortable room, king bed, bathroom with ideal size and well accommodated, access to the Hotel facilities with ease, Attentive team of employees, helpful and always ready to help, good value for money, games room, pool and toys for children are good; the area for larger toys could be covered.

Very cool, new facilities. The indoor area of the kids space is very small. A great playground attached to the reception, we didn't use it due to the cold. Breakfast ok, nothing exceptional, but with options for everyone. Great thermal pool with attached changing room. Parking was charged separately, but there was no sign of this anywhere in the hotel and it was not informed by receptionists. New, clean and spacious hotel. I recommend.

Excelent reception. Attentive and prompt staff. Very good hotel structure. The only caveat is about the bed. We found the mattress very soft and small. A double bed and I thought it was king when I made the reservation. Other than that I recommend it.

Excellent and new hotel, well located (in the center of Canela/RS), with great facilities, large apartment and bathroom, comfortable bed, good shower, large heated and covered pool, very good coffee. The attendants are always helpful, helpful and friendly. They even made a Valentine's Day surprise for my wife (complimentary), decorating the apartment with rose petals, printed photos and a personalized card. I recommend it and I will definitely return soon!
