Com certeza o melhor hotel/pousada que já estive. Atendimento excelente e instalações lindas e impecáveis. É um local para quem busca paz e descanso, bem como mais proximidade com a natureza. Tem borboleta lindas no quintal. Certamente voltarei mais vezes!

la pousada es muy linda, el lugar donde se ubica también, PERO está lejos de todo, las habitaciones son húmedas y frías, el desayuno es muy básico, no tiene servicio de bar y tampoco hay quien atienda de noche, en fin un lindo lugar que podría estar mejor atendido

Quarto casal com cama King, quarto muito aconchegante. O kit banho uma graça. Tudo bem apresentável, feito com carinho . Limpeza muito boa. Roupa de banho ótima. Edredon ótimo. E ainda tivemos uma atenção maior, chegamos tarde, não quisemos descer para o café da manhã para descansar, eles nos trouxeram o café no quarto, com uma apresentação impecável .

Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos na Pinheiros do Caracol. A melhor pousada da região. Cada detalhe é pensado para garantir o conforto. Ambiente muito aconchegante, contato com a natureza, lareira, quarto impecável. Proprietária muito atenciosa e detalhista. Amamos o café da manhã e a educação de todos os colaboradores.

Recebi ótimas referências de lá, no entanto as crianças dormiram no sofá cama muito desconfortável, minha vaga de garagem deu lugares a bicicletas enquanto meu carro ficou no sereno, café da manhã tava tudo velho, as bisnagas pras crianças dava pra usar de pedras, pães velhos e a refeição repetido no decorrer dos dias que estivemos lá, pessoal é muito prestativo apesar de serem muitos inexperientes, tivemos um banho frio porque a água não esquentava, pessoal se perdeu por mais de 1, 2 e 3 vezes antes de fechar a conta corretamente, local aconchegante e fácil acesso.

Todos na pousada são extremamente atenciosos. O ambiente é muito agradável. Limpo. A natureza é exuberante. Muito bom para quem busca paz. Café da manhã muito bom, foram muito cuidadosos conosco (somos intolerantes à lactose). E para quem tem Pets, é pets friendly.
