Good ambiance Good working room refrigerator & air conditioner Good food Good hospitality specially Mr.tejas help us very well I will strongly recommend it.. In the heart of Candolim is located this small hotel. Very clean, with spacious rooms. The room which I had was equipped by AC, fan, and TV. The bathroom , little small but functional. Any way I have to recomanded this place. The staff is usefu, kind and ready to help you, spetialy Max. It worth for it's money. In the time when I was there it is still in constraction, so there is no dining room to have brekfast. The breakfast is local and my be not good for turist from Europe. Checked into GT for a week on business. Enjoyed the place so much stayed back for an extra 2 days. Spent around 1 week here and the hospitality of this place is top notch. Everyone is very polite and always ready to lend a helping hand. Alisha is a very pleasant person to hold a conversation with she's extremely sweet. Will definitely make this my regular stay at Goa.
Holiday Inn Goa Candolim

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

This part 1 of our review, we will review again at the end of our stay. We are 2 weeks into an 8 week stay and we can honestly say we have never been somewhere where the staff are so attentive and helpful, and we have stayed in hotels throughout the world. Mainly 4 or 5 star too. The hotel is situated about 150 meters down a well lit if very uneven, lane off the main Fort Aguerdo Road. Being honest, the only downside is some refurbishment is needed. Mainly the pool area and bedrooms. Although a program of refurbishing the rooms is ongoing a room at a time at the moment. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The water pressure is excellent with a big rain shower head in the shower and never had a shortage of hot water yet. Bathroom is equipped with a good hairdryer. There’s a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. The room has plenty of sockets that all accept the British 3 pin plug. The bed and pillows are so comfortable with decent bed linen. Balconies are a good size with a table and 2 chairs on with a fan and clothes rail. Breakfast has a wide choice which is mainly geared around an Indian breakfast but there are some western breakfast choices. Omelettes and eggs done any way you want, cereal, toast, pastries which are all baked in house there’s fruit juice, tea and coffee too. You can have bacon on request too. We have eaten in the hotel restaurant 3 times already. We have had the hotel dinner buffet twice and eaten off the A’la carte menu once. Each time it has been absolutely gorgeous. There were things on the buffet that we had never heard of but when we tried them found them to be delicious. One of the buffet choices was fish, which I can’t eat, so the chef offered, and made me a chicken biryani which was delicious. Our thanks to Head Chef Prasenjit and his team for the fantastic tasty creations. And thanks to hard working restaurant manager Mahesh, especially for his guidance over menu selections and offering alternatives, and his hard working team. The front office team led by Deepesh are always very helpful and polite. A special thanks to Ram who takes great care of us around the pool A very special thanks to the Resort Manager Ambarish for taking great care of us and in particular his help with my birthday celebration. It was most appreciated. We already think we will be making a return to this hotel next year.
