Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

We used for sightseeing. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. As for the stay, it was a satisfactory hotel.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Whispering palms 🌴 beach resort the staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you specially Deepak and Rohit to name couple and made some very good friends Parveen as one would come and mix and have couple of drinks 🍸 with us it was very sweet of him # house keeping was average i spouse we had few problems with TV and it took them two days to replace a leaking kettle and the day we checked out we found out that we had to pay for some drinks we used from the fridge which I'm sure they told us on arrival that they were complimentary probably bit of misunderstanding all in all we had a blast of a time the party and entertaining onChristmas 🎄 eve was excellen.

We had an excellent stay at the Golden Tulip! The hotel is clean, with great amenities including two pools, and a decent gym. The food was excellent, The chefs are incredibly skilled and adept at making both south and north Indian food. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, and the front desk namely Sri jana, was always ready to answer questions. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The housekeeping staff are very good 👍🏼 we loved their work experience Ms ubaldina, babita, abdur ............. we loved their job ..................................... breakfast was good Mr Moni security this person was good he helped very quickly...... The front office staff is very rude we disappointed with front office staff ...... in conside rate very rude .....

Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.
