Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

We used for sightseeing. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. As for the stay, it was a satisfactory hotel.

We (myself, wife and daughter) holidayed here in March and had a wonderful time. Staff here are sooo helpful and friendly and are always smiling. I must mention the great Jitendra who looked after us so well in the bar every evening - as soon as I walked through the door he was pouring me a beer! We could find no fault with staff or level of service provided; some of the other guests, however, left a lot to be desired. The overwhelming majority of Indian guests were polite and friendly but a small minority were actively obnoxious to staff. I know it's not our country (which is why we said nothing at the time) but really, good ***ners cost nothing. I have to say that if they ever tried that attitude in the UK they would probably find themselves on their backs very quickly! And the all-male party who misbehaved from the minute they arrived to the time they left were an absolute disgrace. Having said that, the plus points are numerous. Food is wonderful (the chefs are amazing!) with always a good selection of Indian food (I ate some fabulous curries while there!) and always a plain English choice when our stomachs needed a rest, as well as other international cuisine. Thanks to everyone there for making our holiday truly memorable and I wouldn't be at all surprised if we return one day!

Clean n neat hotel with prime location of candolim , lemon tree staff are very courteous n always helpful. Citrus team is very caring and helpful they have such a nice team with lovely smiling faces. Looks very refreshing when we see them always smiling specially dhanesh who always give smile whenever he talk with the guest which makes others day so special. They have very good team with mouth watery options during breakfast. Must visit this hotel in candolim.
