We come second time when I come before I call to her i informed about this pls make sure this type problem don't repeat but no one take seriously I Will never recommend anyone to stay here. We had booked room,. As we entered the hotel, there was no helper available at the lobby entrance to help us with We found the room was untidy, not at all cleaned. The basic cleaning was also lacking. We found bunch of hair lying on the table below the TV not working tv done after 2 hours and Ac not working and solved problem Headshower and shower tap both working we can't take shower the table was full of stains looking at this we asked the boy to change our room, boy showed us two more pathetic rooms. They were also not clean moreover they were stinking. In one of the room we found used toiletries the soap packets were opened and used. We complained about this he rudely said Which also had stain mark on the pillows and linen. there were cockroaches roaming freely we got this in notice to the staff but no action was taken from their side. Staff was very bad he don't know how to talk to with Guest third quality staff Over all I will never recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

We have just returned from this lovely hotel after a wonderful 3 week stay.. It's in a fantastic position on Beach Road, set back a little so it not too noisy. The room was large with comfortable beds and excellent air con and WiFi. Also lots of hot water in shower.. The owners are wonderful hosts so friendly and helpful.. The room boys are so polite and do a great job. A little Gem of a place. Can't wait to go back in December for a month. Thank you Casa Almeidia Debbie UK

I was very worried to book this place initially but this place is really nice and worth of money. Clean room, bathroom and small swimming pool near to candolim beach hardly 5 mins walk fro hotel. Reasonable charges and close to beach on candolim parking road . Each room has small balcony.

Stayed there recently and we loved it. The place is small but clean and cheap. It's close to the beach and the staff is also accommodating. Our room had a small balcony, TV, and an almirah. The bed size was big enough for the two of us. Recommend it to everyone.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning. They checked me in right away, I warned the owner about the early check-in in a letter. The room is standard, clean, no odors. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle. There are towels and soap in the bathroom. The plumbing and shower work. I really liked the balcony. Only the pool was not working. There were construction works there. It was a little noisy. I liked the hotel, I am already looking for plane tickets for the beginning of December. I want to come back here again. Very good and kind owners. Great guys and a wonderful team. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Wait for me in December.
