The staffs were helpful and nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable Location. Wonderful ambience with excellent hospitality … the staffs were very helpful during our stay and the food was exceptions. most visit here

Service was bad, they were taking a lot of time to serve tea. More than 30 mins for just tea. Room service was also bad. Overall not a good experience.

Booked there higher category room upon check in the rooms condition was terrible the room smelled pathetic nothing as compared to the pictures. I asked the front seat to move my room. They moved me to lower category room which was very nice.

The hotel is located in a nice area and got a nice deal through makemytrip but breakfast should have been included in the price charged. Also, there is no lift and no proper parking area.

Mattress was old. I understand it's a hotel and these spring beds get weared, but given the pricing they should keep getting new ones from time to time. Current condition of mattress was bad. Was very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are ok, not very tidy and clean even after room service. Stains are there is western toilet and wash basin. Furniture in room are good. Although sofa chairs needs deep cleaning. I could see dirty stains on the upholstery of sofa chair. We arrived late evening and when entered room, bed linens were dirty. But since we were tired, we ignored it and just slept. But next day they changed it. We didn't opt for breakfast, so can't comment on that. Swimming pool was good.
