Excellent location, everything is nearby, the sea, shops and cafes. The area is clean, green, very well-groomed, no extraneous noise, only birds singing) The pool is clean, the water is a comfortable temperature, there are a few sun loungers, but basically everything is on the sea and there is always space. The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are high, everything in the room is in good condition, the rooms are cleaned daily, the rooms are also treated from mosquitoes, which is very important, because there are no mosquito nets on the windows, there is also a fumigator in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and of good quality. The breakfast is quite decent, but there was not enough of the usual porridge and yogurt. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a calm, comfortable atmosphere, we will be happy to return again!

Booked the villas for our stay here with family and it was amazing! Place looked better than the photos. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the ones in the restaurant!! Very close to the beautiful Candolim beach and the shops. Excellent place to chill out in Goa!!

The resort is very good to stay for families. Chef kadam fed us good food. Arup gave us good service at restaurant. Vinay & Sujit gave us the best hospitality service

Pool - 4/5 Room - 4/5 Power outage happened multiple times. I suppose they had power backup; power was getting restored in 5-10 minutes. But it was irritating at times. Restaurant - 4/5; A little expensive side Check-in time is 14:30 but thanks to the supportive staff they gave us early check-in at 11AM.

It has been a 2 day great stay at the hotel, they have a beach access road and the hotel is clean and the staff is very polite and decent! Special thanks to Mr Sujit and the Housekeeping staff Ranjan!
