From the time my daughter and I checked in at night until we checked out 3 weeks later, we had an extraordinarily positive and eventful stay at Santana Beach Resort. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. We also got a lovely room with 2 balconies - located exactly where we had wanted it. Thank you! Amar - the head of the restaurants worked professionally and made sure from the start of our stay that our wishes were fulfilled in connection with our half board. Amar also followed up continuously to make sure everything was okay throughout our stay. Thank you! Every morning for the most delicious fresh breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, juice, omelette, Indian and regular breakfast and a lot of other stuff - we were greeted at the check-in counter at the entrance by big beautiful Indian smiles from Sunil and Subal and a good morning greeting too - then the start of another positive day could begin. Thank you! The entire morning staff were sweet and helpful - and they constantly worked on tidying up and cleaning, so that the restaurant appeared inviting. Thank you! When Shubham was at work he always came by our table and politely asked if we were doing well - and if we needed help with anything. Very empathetic. Thank you! For dinner we were served daily by an absolutely fantastic team of waiters: Subal, Basant, Biju, Mukesh, Om ……. they gave good recommendations for varied food and drink choices. The smiles, laughter and good vibes was amazing. They also patiently answered our continuous curious questions about Indian culture, family traditions, lifestyle and more. It was a great experience to be allowed to meet them at eye level - as the people behind the waiter. Thank you for wanting to interact so kindly and openly with us every single day - that's what we wanted - all of you was making us happy and feeling good every day. Thank you very very very much! The food is a chapter in itself - completely tasty, fresh ingredients and well-made - so delicious. Thank you! The garden is like a tropical jungle, with coconut palms and a flowerbed in all colors. Gardeners work hard every single day sweeping, watering, mowing, digging in the soil, planting. Thank you for keeping such a beautiful jungle garden! Through the winding garden paths there is direct access to the beach and the Calamari restaurant with a view of the sea. The entire staff on the beach were nice and helpful - and knew we would have delicious fresh Mango juice in the afternoon day after day. They always find sunbeds to us - Thank you! Calamari is well visited, also by Indians. I was lucky enough to meet a few Bollywood stars - who I also got to speak to personally - another extraordinary experience at Santana. Our cleaning *** Sukesh made the cutest towel figures for us every day, which we collected during our stay. They made the room decorative and homely. Santana Beach Resort did not disappoint this time either! We spent another amazing three weeks in Santana . The staff and environment are the best you can get!! The rooms and the hotel area in general are clean and comfortable. Green and healthy plantings. The staff makes you feel welcome! We highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Santana Beach Resort, Candolim, Goa from 11th to 15th May, and my experience at checkout was incredibly disappointing. The staff falsely accused us of consuming items from the minibar, including 2 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of soda, and 2 bottles of beer—which we never used. The fridge and minibar were exactly as we found them, and it was clear that these items were likely never stocked in the first place. While we admit to not photographing the minibar at check-in, we truly did not expect such dishonest and unprofessional behavior from a reputed resort. What made the situation even worse was the rude behavior of the housekeeping staff, who kept entering and exiting our room repeatedly under the pretense of checking the minibar. As three women, we felt very uncomfortable as he seemed more interested in checking if there were any male guests with us. It was both intrusive and unsettling. We were almost about to miss our flight because of all this. We’ve been visiting Goa for years, without missing a single year, and such dishonesty and attempts to scam us were simply unbelievable. This entire experience has left us feeling scammed, unsafe, and extremely disappointed. I highly recommend others to exercise caution and film the mini bar just like you film scooty before booking at this property. It's disheartening when a place of hospitality becomes one of harassment and dishonesty.

I had an unforgettable stay at Santana Beach Resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the superb hospitality stood out. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shoutout to Travor, who made the booking process seamless and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a pool-view room. His efforts really set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything was immaculate. The highlight, of course, was the pool-view room I requested — it was absolutely beautiful to wake up to the view of the sparkling pool and the beach in walking distance. Speaking of the pool, it was pristine and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The pool area was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to cool off after a day at the beach. When it comes to food and drinks, Santan Beach Resort did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that satisfied every craving. The meals were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were equally fantastic — creative, refreshing, and expertly mixed. It’s the perfect spot for a sunset drink by the pool! All in all, this resort offers the perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, and delicious food. If you're looking for a place to relax, enjoy stunning views, and be treated like royalty, Santan Beach Resort is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

Had a wonderful 4days stay at this hotel. We travelled with our 5yo son. The hotel is family-friendly with amazing service. 50m walking distance from the beach, this hotel has its own shack. Enjoyed the sunsets relaxing at the Candolim beach side decks. The food was great! This property is perfect if you are looking for a place close to beach but also feel the Goa vibes! Number of cafes and eateries nearby to try out various Goan cuisines. Would definitely be back here if we stay in North Goa again!

just returned from 3 wonderful weeks at the Santana. The staff are fantastic a few mentions Subal in the resturant Sanesh the room cleaner and Babu Sankar and Ajay at the pool, all made our stay fantastic. With the yellow heat warning keeping us close to the hotel the whole staff were very attentive and made our holiday brilliant. We can highly recommend the Thursday night entertainment and food. In conclusion we can also rerommend the hotels other resturant Jambalya watched some good entertainment and enjoyed watching the cricket with the general manager who knows all his staff and clients.
