The gated villa complex is beautiful, staff is very good and ensure the cleanliness of villa and complex , there are 2 common pools which are well maintained . Few of the villas have private pools also. The complex is very quiet, full of greenery and best place to relax with friends and family . They have in-house dinning where you can place order and food is delivered to your villa very fast. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend to others .

Very well maintained and luxurious property. Nice swimming pool. Calm and serene atmosphere, and very close to the beach too. Greatly enjoyed our stay with friends.

Beautiful property, a very well appointed villa. Housekeeping of a high standard. The in-house restaurant with room service served good food, though the menu was limited. Ms.Sheetal and Ms. Maria at the front desk were most helpful.

We had an excellent stay at the property which was very well maintained. The admin team, Maria was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The team accomodated changes in the breakfast package options as well. The villa and amenities were very clean.

This was an excellent resort with top class service and quality. Maria/Sheetal, were very hospitable , and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the presidential Villa and the quality of the rooms, the facilities provided, fast and stable Wi-Fi and super clean pool made our stay an absolute pleasure. The food quality is top notch, and the chef was highly accommodating so much so that he even made a particular chicken dish to our specification. The location is also perfect. It’s just five minutes walk to the beach. It is very close to all the facilities yet, very calm. Overall, an excellent place for a family of friends holiday.

The villas were spacious with all the amenities to ensure that we had a comfortable stay !! The surroundings were very well maintained and green. Being slightly away from the hustle and bustle, it was quite peaceful . ....................

We had a lovely experience at Villa B-32. The front desk staff Ms. Maria and Ms. Sheetal were very helpful, friendly and warm. The Villa was quite spacious, clean and the AC was super cool for a warm weather like Goa. We made some good memories that we will cherish for a very long time and given a chance we will definitely visit again.

I stayed at Aguada Anchorage with my sisters and mom and had a wonderful time. The villa was absolutely squeaky clean and well maintained. All appliances etc. worked very well. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and green. We could walk around there in the mornings as there was no traffic. There was a security guard and concierge on the premises so we felt safe. We could order in food on the premises and it was quite good. I cannot thank Maria (concierge) enough for the help she provided. She was helpful, kind, considerate and went above and beyond her duty. She would get rental cars for us, advise us on the places were planned to visit and even texted us on her day off to let us know that help was close by. She definitely took the worry out of our planning.
