Radisson Goa Candolim

We had such a lovely warm greeting, shell necklace, cool cloth, ice cold drink and snack in the lobby. We had been given a room that was not suitable for me due to struggling with steps. The staff quickly rectified this and gave us a lovely room on the ground floor and transferred our bags across. We were here for the Christmas Day gala - the place looked amazing, very festive and entertainment was good. There was endless amounts of delicious foods, drinks were flowing, the staff also appeared to be enjoying the festivities and were always happy to help. Rooms are clean, all staff are lovely, work hard and are always happy to help.

The property is very beautiful with wonderful pool. The staff is very courteous and helpful in service esp the manager Varun suggesting us good places for sun downer & evening dinner. Other staff like prashant , andrea were also very helpful. The only downside was the morning breakfast which I feel was not up to Radisson standards and lacked taste. The food was cold and bland. Overall had a wonderful experience.

Peaceful oasis away from the madness, the hotel staff go above and beyond to name a few…… Veena rinku Nikita velency sibu Sandeep Ravi manmath and varun who was there to greet us and show us our room position to make sure we was happy. Definitely will return the pool is lovely with nice shaded parts, the first few days was quite busy with a group of Brit sun bed hoggers taking beds for there group from 6am n not using them once they left it’s been great

Beautiful property with good hearted personnel’s here made our stay memorable. Rooms are neat and tidy and food in the I house restaurant is Not to miss.. Should give the credit to Mr.Farhan in The Palms restaurant for his smooth service with good smile

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever specially Charan, Rekha , Varun, Abhishek ,Sushmita, Ashutosh, Shubham, Sapna, Rinku, Manmath,Dina,Iqbal,Sandeep,Shibu. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I’ve only good things to say about this hotel. From a quick, efficient, midnight check-in, right up until departure, we were treated like royalty. Everything was just as we’d hoped for. From the delicious food in The Palms (try the Goan Prawn Curry); the comfortable, spotlessly clean room; the relaxed, chilled atmosphere throughout the hotel; proximity to the beautiful Candolim beach, and so much more besides. But the hotel’s greatest asset - its staff. Welcoming, professional, helpful, friendly. Every request was granted, every need met, and always with a smile.
