Novotel Goa Resort & Spa

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

Superb resort with great facilities

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Very lovely pool, a great swim up bar & nice clean rooms. Great service at breakfast time with Nidhi & Shalindra. The is an extensive selection at breakfast time of western and great local foods. Also amazing pizzas & cocktails at Forno Tinto. Very happy.

Its a OYO ! I guess a few OYO rooms would be better ...Dont worry my pics will speak ...Pathetic is a better word than the experience here. I am not new to 5 stars anywhere. Please don't get fooled by the name here. It's a terrible piece of maintainence + upkeep + etc etc ...( Pasting pics here ). Service - Not a glass of water served.... An hr to checkin ... Experience is horrible .... I can't say about other reviews and their genuineness.... ...AVOID .... AVOID .... AVOID.. seepage , smell , dirty linens , torn upholstery, broken heater , rusted fridge . CHeck my stay pics

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-July with a half board package for our child’s birthday. The experience was extremely underwhelming and I regret ignoring the recent negative reviews on other platforms. The Good: Valet parking was easy and prompt. Restaurant staff were polite and helpful. Indian breakfast options were plentiful. Support staff across areas were humble and hard-working. The Bad (and there’s a lot): Despite informing both front desk and restaurant staff about my child’s birthday, no complimentary cake or gesture was offered. Even 2-star hotels extend this basic courtesy. The half board package was a complete waste — no buffet, just a fixed (and dull) menu. We had to order extra from à la carte and pay again. My booking included a free room upgrade on availability, but it was conveniently denied — even though occupancy seemed well below 50%. Booked expecting kid-friendly activities, but everything was paid — snooker, pool boat, and a bike game. Nothing engaging or included for kids. The swimming pool had broken tiles — I had to remove them from the water myself to ensure safety. The rooms were in terrible condition — dirty, depressing furniture and a very poor vibe. Checked 4 rooms, all were subpar. Basic service like water took 3 calls and over an hour. I even told them to let me come collect it myself! No room offers a good view — the location is isolated and uninspiring. Worst of all: one day, they cut off water supply for 3 hours without warning. We returned from the beach, unable to shower or get ready. It ruined the entire day. I selected this hotel based on high TripAdvisor and Google ratings, but now I realize many reviews may be outdated or influenced. There is a visible decline in hospitality and management here. Verdict: From a facility point of view, this might just pass as a 4-star. But from a service and experience standpoint, it’s no better than a cheap transit hotel that doesn’t care if guests return. Skip this place. Better options are available even among well-run 3-star properties.

This is a beautiful property with all Amenities and ambiance. Pool side view in rainy season is nice. Food was absolutely delicious BF buffet sprade is good. Service staff is very active and energetic specially thanks to iral, shailendraa, Rahul, and Paresh. We are enjoying the holidays.
