Hyatt Place Goa Candolim

The location of the hotel is the best value. All good restaurants and the beach is at a walking distance. However, the road is always busy. Rooms are decent sized and are clean. Balcony view is good too. Bathroom is decent sized. Pool area is big but during the pool usage water splashes out in the pathway. They have an open dining as well around the pool. Staff was really good. I believe the property is average but the operating staff, both the reception and the restaurant makes it good. Great service by the staff at the restaurant too. However the breakfast buffet is very average, probably bad at times. Do not have high hopes from the buffet. Food otherwise was average at best. They do not have a spread out menu. Just the essentials. The omelette during breakfast was really great. Cheers for the guy making the omelette. Parking is behind the hotel but can be only reached via the road outside. Valet parking but I noticed that valet is changing the car controls/seats position according to him. This is not expected at a branded property like Hyatt. Also there should also be the option to self park. Requesting the car from the valet takes some time as the person has to walk there and get the car via the road which is far. Although the parking is visible from the right side of the building. Also the space at the entrance is very small and hence only 2 cars can be parked at a time during on-boarding and off-boarding. Wireless chargers in the room is a great addition as kudos to whoever planned that. Overall a good property and very helpful & caring staff. If you are someone who prefers serene surroundings then do not book this as this is right on the busy Candolim-Calangute road.

Rooms were really comfortable. Polite and prompt staff . Chef Jagdish was really prompt with accommodating our requests. We wanted special tea and he prepared it quickly even though it was after breakfast hours. The property overall is clean and well maintained and staff is well trained.

I book my stay in Hyatt Goa for 4 nights ***** with my friends for a friends trip. I must say GOA is the best place to have a break from ur hectic life. Firstly I checked in to the hotel.. Reception team were very welcoming especially Shoba and Shreya, smooth and seamless check in and checkout. Both has taken care of me and my friends in my entire stay.. Shoba guided me for the entire trip plan for three days.. near by attractions and also nearby veg restaurant and shopping markets.. Food is amazing... Buffet spread was good.... Room are neat and tidy... Overall a good experience and came back with great memories. This relaxation was mandatory and yes... Hyatt team had made it worth it. Thanks for the great service. I went in November 2024 with my family and the staff was very polite and decent with us also the ambience and food was good. The view from the hotel was very amazing and hotel rooms were very clean and organized. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit Hyatt.

Such a pretty place to stay, rooms are very much clean, service provided by them is too good and the BREAKFAST is super good. The staff is very friendly, especially I want to mention MR.OBED one of the staff member helped me with every way possible, he helped us from finding good place partying, to good clubs and guided for where to visit on which time. Thanking him to make our stay good and thanking the whole team too.

One of the best hotels of North Goa. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were very comfortable. My one year old had a great time at the kids play area. chef Suraj personally took care of the kid’s food and helped us a lot during our stay. Mr. Ananya also made us very comfortable during the breakfast, he personally got me my americano that I really longed for in the morning. Mr. Aman has also taken very good care of our stay, the whole team is young and charming. Thanks to team Hyatt Place for the lovely stay in Goa.
