We had the most memorable stay at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa, and would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team who made our visit so comfortable and special. This property is exceptionally beautiful and a must visit for experience. This is our 4th visit to this property and we cannot imagine a better stay here in Goa. Clerisa (Guest Relations) - Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure that baby food was always readily available. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but your thoughtfulness made our experience so much easier. Sharadha - The personalized decor in our room was a beautiful surprise. Your attention to detail made the room feel so warm and welcoming, and it truly set the tone for our stay. Rahul Kamle (Housekeeping) - We are incredibly grateful for the immaculate setup of our room. The way you paid attention to the smallest details made it clear that you genuinely cared about making us feel at home. Prashant and Shilpi (Front Office) - Your efficiency in room allotment was greatly appreciated, especially considering we were traveling with a toddler. The quick check-in process and care you took to accommodate our needs did not go unnoticed. Sarthak (Fort Aguada, F&B) - Thank you for your warm hospitality at Fort Aguada. The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

My recent stay at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa was truly memorable, and one of the key highlights was the exceptional dining experience. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the dining staff went out of their way to make it a special occasion for her. The team, including Srinidhi, Rinmi, Rahul, Pajwal, Avi, and Pradeep and all others took great care of us throughout the stay. They arranged a beautiful birthday cake, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to the celebration. Their warm hospitality made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable, and we were all very touched by the effort they put in. The food at the resort was excellent—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the extensive breakfast buffet to the diverse options for lunch and dinner, the variety of dishes catered to every taste. The swimming pool was another standout feature—large, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults and kids. The poolside area was peaceful, with plenty of loungers, and it was a great place to relax. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Both the check-in and checkout processes were quick and efficient, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

We used for sightseeing. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. As for the stay, it was a satisfactory hotel.

Hotel's staff (they are super friendly and helping) ,food,room,pool, and service everything is top notch 👍 The beach near by is only at walking distance. Which adds a point ✨ It was my second time there, came here after a couple of years but the service and food is still the same even after this long. My family is happy with this experience...✨ Thank you

Clean neat and tidy hotel, service is top notch, location is also perfect, white place, good view also. Housekeeping was top notch. Breakfast was also good overall it's value for money deal with this hotel
