Roach infestation This stay was an absolute nightmare. Check in was smooth polite desk agent however almost immediately upon getting into the room and somewhat settled I began see things rapidly moving across the floor and walls. The room was infested with roaches. I called the front desk and was told they were completely booked so I could not change rooms and I couldn’t not be given a refund. It was explained to me that the information would be passed along to management. As the night went on it seemed to get worse as they were on the desk, my bag, the head board, in the shower and on the refrigerator. I left at 3am and walked to a nearby gas station and bought Raid because the night agent informed me they was nothing available on site to treat the situation and that there had been other guests before me reporting the same issue. I lost count of how many I killed and got absolutely zero sleep as this went on right up until checkout! The customer service was the one saving grace because the representative I got on the phone was apologetic and promptly took care of securing my refund for the stay. The morning manager was also very apologetic and refunded the cost of the Raid. I have never experienced anything like that in over 20 plus years of weekly travel and hotel stays due to my job. Absolutely horrendous experience

This is a very neglected facility. It is obvious the owner is not reciprocating money made in the upkeep and renovation of this property. It is definitely one of the worse Motel 6 properties I’ve ever stayed in. A lot of distressed residents call this facility home, which makes this a very serious safety issue. I witnessed ************ and drug activity throughout this property.
