The Beachscape Kin Ha Villas in Cancun surpassed our expectations. After a small problem with our room the staff found us a new room and upgraded us to a suite, which was wonderful. The views from the sea view rooms are astounding. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Reception very helpful. Staff serving breakfast work hard and are always smiling. They also work in the evenings in the restaurant on the beachfront and bar. The food is very good. We had breakfast included. It was a hot and cold buffet with all sorts of different Mexican and European dishes. Cereal, fruit and pastries. All so nice. The restaurant food was also great. The grounds and gardens were beautiful. The only small detail we would have liked was a full length mirror, but after speaking to reception at the end of our stay they informed us that they are in 98% of the rooms. We should have asked at the beginning! We came to relax for four nights and were definitely able to do that. There is no thumping music playing like some of the other resorts close by. The beach is clean and the water is so clear. Beachscape has a little shop which sells nice beach clothes, swimwear and toys for children. It also has beer, juice, milk, etc… There is a 7/11 around the corner. There is also a supermarket (huge) about ten minutes walk away. This has everything you could possibly need and more! DO NOT be drawn in by the people at the top of the escalators in the supermarket on your way out!! They will ask to see your receipt and tell you that you can get a huge reduction in price on a catamaran trip and breakfast in a beautiful hotel around the corner for 90 minutes of your time. They will take you to another hotel miles away and try to make you buy time share and stay there for hours! The extremely friendly man who talked us into going was not at all friendly once we said we didn’t want time share and was very unhappy when we insisted he call us a taxi to take us back!

I had a fairly okay experience here but compared to the other hotels I've stayed in cancun this takes the bottom. Check in at the hotel desk are long, hotel room is tiny and you can hear sounds from the other room next to you and there was also construction going on so noise was an issue and hotel rooms bath room doesn't have an air ventilation systems so all your business stays in the restroom. Also considering this has a party beach outside, this hotel is not for people that enjoy the quiet side of life. It's difficult to sleep at night when there's a party outside past midnight. The only upside is if you pay for the all inclusive package your meals are covered that's the awesome part they have got a good buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the only thing that made me and my family happy for staying at this hotel.

The buffet is fresher. The beach seems not to be under the hotel control, there is an extra charge on the beach, it is best to hide in the hotel. Water activities on the beach will be forced to ask for $20 tips, $60 for 6 photos, a Korean 🤏 fee, tell him that he is Chinese, he will not force. Facilities: Very comfortable 🤤 WiFi full coverage Hygiene: very clean, there is a little brother who comes to clean every day Environment: Very clean, you can ask for unlimited blankets with the hotel waiter Service: Basically everything you want 🤤

Let me get the bad out of the way which is only that they did not answer the phone. Also the escalator and elevator going up did not work. This was frustrating as I was trying to coordinate transportation to get there and carrying my bags upstairs was exhausting. Now the good which is so much! The place is super clean and very well designed. The whole capsule idea is genius! It feels like I’m going into a bunk on a spaceship. For how small it is there was plenty of room to feel comfortable. There’s a TV a hook, and even a pull out table! The bathrooms and showers were very clean. I love how quiet it was. I had a wild time in Cancun and I wanted this to respite before my flight. It stays 62 degrees which is cold for me but they graciously offer blankets. Breakfast is included. I don’t eat breakfast so they made me a plate to go. I thought that was super nice. I wish there were more of these around the world. Awesome experience!

After a nearby night, I arrived at the ADO Bus Terminal Cancun and stayed for a day. It is easy to walk from the terminal and is in the center of the city. There are local parks, night markets (food and souvenirs) nearby, so it is good to walk in the evening. Breakfast was served as buffet and was ok.

There were no major issues during our stay. Excellent service! Tips: Bring plenty of $1s for tipping. I'd recommend tipping around $1 per drink and $5-$10 per meal, more for above-and-beyond service.) Take care of the staff and they will take care of you. Meals: Know the dress code before you dine. The sushi restaurant at Umami doesn't require reservations and the food was amazing. Ivonne, our server, provided superior service. Also, as a vegetarian, I was happy that most of the menus indicated which items were vegetarian, but it was a little frustrating at the buffets to not know which items had meat. For example, at breakfast, I didn't know that the refried beans were made with lard. (However, when we asked about it, the staff offered to accommodate my dietary restrictions the next time we dined. Unfortunately, it was too late as we were leaving early the next morning.) Drinks: The drinks were excellent, I recommend getting a michelada (beer with lime and clam juice). Pools: There are two pools, a pool with a bar (not a swim-up bar) and another with hot tubs. There were plenty of daily activities at the main pool. Rooms: Our room (standard) was great, two double beds. No issues with cleanliness or maid service. I loved that there was a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was also good for makeup/grooming. There was a hairdryer. Toiletries provided included shampoo, soap, body wash, and lotion. There was an iron and ironing board. The mini-fridge was stocked daily (not by the maids, a different person kept the fridge stocked) with a Sprite, a Coke, 2 large waters, and two beers. (If you need more water, just ask at the front desk.) There's also a coffee pot in the room. All-inclusive: Know ahead of time what's included in the all-inclusive package and/or don't assume; just ask! The all-inclusive does NOT include room service, premium drinks, spa services, certain menu items, or tips. Also, there are some restrictions regarding the Italian restaurant and Umami, but you can eat at Umami without reservations; you only need reservations to sit at the hibachi bar. I made sure to read a lot of reviews for Hotel NYX before this trip; the negative ones seem to be written by disgruntled guests who were rude to the staff or upset about an issue they didn't report during their stay (waiting till they left to complain). Hats off to the guest experience manager who artfully responds to every single review.

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

This was our 6th trip to Isla but our first to Izla Hotel and I would be honored to return. We booked a Superior Ocean View room with a tub on the balcony. We never used the tub. Room was perfect air conditioning worked very well. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee and started with 2 bottled waters which increased with our stay as with pod style coffee grinds. The bed was super comfortable as were the linens. It was cleaned perfectly every day. Check in was smooth thanks to Daniel who reviewed all the documents in detail and answered all questions. Breakfast buffet was included with our room and was phenomenal every single day. From a table full of baked goods to fresh fruit, salads, deli meats and cheeses, cottage cheese oat milk oatmeal, yogurt, seeds, dried fruits, honey and other sauces, whole fruit for grab and go, hot dishes including pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, an additional meat dish and chilaquiles, also an egg station for however you like them. Orange juice and green juice and coffee were endless! Thank- you Josefina and Eduardo you and the crew treated us so well. Chef Lorena was present and greeted the tables from sun up to sun down. Pool chairs and beach chairs were plenty just ask for an umbrella as needed. We ate lunch beach side when at the resort the food is great! We did rent a cabana one day it costs $50 a day and your food and drink goes towards that total so it was included as we had drinks and cocktails throughout the day. Thank- you Claudia and Jimmy for looking after us on the beach and around the pool. Our dinners at Izla Café and Numa was so easy and good and the desserts were very tasty! On occasion we ate off site and sometimes we would go into Izla Café in the evenings for dessert only! Very relaxing quite hotel. We fully enjoyed our stay and will return. Everything about my trip was amazing the staffs were friendly. One of my favorite restaurant to eat at was Cocoa The breakfast the lunch and dinner was amazing can you tell I love it from the manager Gaby to the hostess Elizabeth and the waitress Julian,Adrian,isai and Manuel I will definitely revisit Mexico Grand oasis palm would definitely be my choice All five stars for me
