Hotels in Downtown Cancun, Cancun

The room is old and can't be compared with the four-star hotels in China. Fortunately, you can have hot scrambled eggs and diced chicken (the taste is similar to the barbecue in China) at the breakfast buffet. Coffee powder is provided in the room every day, and you can spend some time in front of the window. It is far from the beach in general, and there is no direct bus; you can use Uber to call a taxi. There are Sam's Club and Wal-Mart at the door of the hotel, and there is a 711 within 100 meters, which is convenient for shopping.

The room is clean and tidy, with a bathtub, a balcony, a view of the pool and bar, and free parking. The breakfast is rich and the service is thoughtful. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and McDonalds near the hotel. Ice cream in McDonald's costs 20 pesos each, and it only costs 15 pesos in the small booth next to the bus station.

The location is in downtown and close to restaurants and money exchanges. Hotel is well serviced, although I feel the breakfast could have been better. The room sink had an issue when we arrived, it took me a follow up to get a person who took the bathroom towel to remove it and left both the wet towel and sink block on the bathroom platform … perhaps few things they can improve on. The hotel also has gym and a facility to wash clothes

The hotel is generally clean, the room is big, but the table is small. When booking the room, it showed a free beach club pass, and I also received a confirmation email from the hotel. But when I asked at the front desk how to use it, I was told that I had to stay for more than 2 consecutive nights. I only stayed for one night, so I couldn't use it. I waited in vain.

The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is a fast hotel with good value for money. The breakfast is OK. The room is relatively simple. It is suitable for people who are new to the city and want to see the downtown area or people who want to join a group trip. There is a local travel agency store next door, which is very convenient. It is close to ADO The station is relatively close, and there are several restaurants nearby that are OK

Nice hotel, good location, not far from transportation station. The service attitude at the front desk is also good. Most of the questions can be answered by them.

Refer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

Nice Hotel, Staff is very friendly. It would be very good if more people would know English, but its alright.

25 minutes from the airport, about 5 minutes walk there are large shopping malls, shopping, dining and warlmart, eating, lodging and transportation are convenient. Affordable, the service staff is very good. There is a front desk speaking English, communication is no problem.
