I personally like the overall environment and decoration style, and the interior decoration is also very impactful. You can see the outside garden directly from the room, which is very beautiful. In the morning, I can watch the sky slowly light up. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided on the daily necessities, but not others. Door-to-door service for in-room dining, good value for money. It's just that the shower head is a bit broken, and there is no hot water by the way, but I didn't contact the front desk either. I don't know if it is broken or does not provide hot water.

Downtown Cancun
The hardware of the hotel is okay, in line with this price. The location is in the urban area, there are buses at the door, the hotel has its own free parking lot, and the swimming pool downstairs is really good. Two points to complain about: 1) Additional city tax and tourist tax were collected, and compensation was made after communicating with Ctrip customer service, 2) The breakfast is very average, and there are not many seats, so you need to wait during peak hours. Overall not too bad.

What an awesome place to staybim Cancun. In city center within walking distance to sobmany great restaurants and Tulum Avenue. Stay here to experience to true local culture of Cancun. The front desk staff (24 hours) are incredibly sweet and helpful! They made us truly feel like family. I wish I could remember name sof the male desk clerk that works mostly nights. He was great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was very safe. We walked all around the area (to Mercado 23 and beyond). We walked to all the restaurants day and night. Webnever felt unsafe or saw any unsafe activities. Justvthe opposite with tons of families walking and children playing in the plaza across across street, which also had great street food!! Be aware that you are in the city center with live bands at a few locale places, so you will here music until around 10pm, but it creates a festive environment for all! Love, lobe, love this hotel (get the king suite). I will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Zona Hotelera
The room old and dated and too small for four people. Using the hot tap in the room sounds like an aeroplane is taking off. Not hot water in the shower and the shower doesn’t stay at head height. Found previous guests hairs on the pillow. There was loud playing music outside by the pool area until 11pm. Reception area is too hot and not pleasant. Check in staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel when we checked in. The pool area is too small for the number of guests so rammed with kids and people. Sun beds are cheap looking plastic. Food is mediocre and chairs in the restaurant uncomfortable. Coke is completely flat with no bubbles. Service is woeful and there is no care for guest satisfaction. Manager and staff wouldn’t change the room to something better without us paying more money despite all the complaints.

Good place in hotels zone. Food supply and service timely. the only thing to be improved is the wet stairs , it’s pretty slippery without any protection stuffs on the ground, only caution sign there. Be careful when walking to the canteen. No fitness room.

The location is good, the beach is suitable for swimming, the food is suitable for Chinese, the service staff is very good, warm and attentive, and feel like home. Especially the hotel owner, specially arranged a beach party for New Year's dinner 🎉, allowing guests to spend a particularly happy New Year. Super 👍
