Superb hotel, restaurants are delicious, Asian restaurants are confusing, favorite Italian restaurant, the hotel occasionally has a buffet by the pool. Facilities are great, rooms are large, adults only, no children, great stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the scenery is particularly charming, and the all-inclusive service made me gain a lot of weight. But the only drawback is that the hotel deliberately put very few lounge chairs. Guests either need to go before 7 am to reserve a seat, or they have to rely on luck to get one, just like reserving a seat for self-study before the final exam when they were in college in China. If you don't get a free lounge chair, you can also choose a paid beach bed (as shown in Figure 6), but it costs $250 a day. Yes, I have confirmed repeatedly that the currency is US dollars.

After all, the price is there...
It's just a place to stay. Our room is on the first floor and the conditions are very simple.
The breakfast buffet is also quite rich.
But the location is very good, and the ferry to Women's Island is next door.

It is located in the newly developed Marina Zone in Cancun, and transportation is easy~! However, the water quality is not good for a recently developed area, so if you are sensitive to water quality, please bring a filter. If you mention a special occasion such as a honeymoon or birthday in advance, there is a decoration service, so please take note~!

Hotel environment is good! Meals are still ok! There are 4 restaurants in the evening! 3 to book! There are 6.7 at noon, no reservation! Breakfast two restaurants! Room service actually needs to charge 5 US dollars per service fee... There is no welcome drink when you stay! Did not introduce it! Feeling less enthusiastic...

The room is very spacious and the bed is very big. There are too many varieties of fruits for breakfast.
There are eight restaurants for dinner. We ate Thai food, which was very appetizing.
The service is very good. Except for the cold at the front desk, the other Mexican employees really work hard and feel that they should be tipped.

The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations.
If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.

The service is very good, the room is clean, but in Latin America, you need to get toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself and the front desk. Great value for money. Restaurant prices are a little high, but delicious. The taste is good, and the cost of a dinner for two is about 300 US dollars

Best hotel I've stayed at! The location is perfect for night-goers and is located in a good vicinity of some restaurants. The staff and service was amazing, ensuring the place is always well taken care of and secure... and let's not even get started on its phenomenal location next to the beach.

Outstanding
GGoldbergThis was an excellent experience. Location, pools, beach, buffet breakfast, room, cleaning, coffee maker in the room. Every member of the staff was so attentive all the time. We loved this hotel.

Very Good
WWalker8113230186There is no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, so luggage needs to be carried
Some rooms do not have elevators, so luggage needs to be carried upstairs. The soundproofing of the rooms near the sea is too good, and the sound of the waves is very loud at night.
The beach is very good, don't forget to tip the cleaning staff, twenty to fifty Mexican pesos are fine.
There is a small supermarket. Parking is free.

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

GGuest UserThe experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

BBrianThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

GGuest UserHotel in general a bit old and misses a lot of facilities, like pool bar, restaurant. Nice swimming pool area with lounge beds and infinity pool overlooking the sea.
Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning.
In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.
