This property is noisy. People on their phones until late on the hallway. It’s ok if you are going to spend a cheap night or two but not more than that. They don’t have a wardrobe where to keep your clothes/luggage. Their safety box wasn’t working. Shower had mold and smelled terribly bad when turning the water on. Staff on the other hand were lovely, took my luggage upstairs (no lift) and offered me coffee every time I went in or out of the property.

It was clean place but the Hotel wanted the payment in Cash only, he was not ready to take Credit Card, The location of Hotel was in a bit sketchy neighbourhood so not very safe I would say, The locker wasn't working so we have take our passports wherever we go.

Nice modern rooms with fridges, hot water, comfy beds and an aircon unit and ceiling fan.
Its a 7 minute walk from the ADO bus terminal downtown which is convenient, but a 20 minute walk to Smart Oasis which is where the Chichen Itza Tours generally do their pick ups.
Nevertheless its a safe walk and the hotel itself although on a slightly less appealing street, is great and has a gate, and also right next to a Pizza hut and KFC which is convenient. No complaints.

It’s a nice and clean little hotel. Nothing fancy but economical. The bed was comfortable, quiet room. , it’s in residential neighborhood a few steps from the main avenue and about a 15 minute walk from the main bus terminal for those that are traveling by bus. Nice staff
