The hotel is in a great location, the scenery is particularly charming, and the all-inclusive service made me gain a lot of weight. But the only drawback is that the hotel deliberately put very few lounge chairs. Guests either need to go before 7 am to reserve a seat, or they have to rely on luck to get one, just like reserving a seat for self-study before the final exam when they were in college in China. If you don't get a free lounge chair, you can also choose a paid beach bed (as shown in Figure 6), but it costs $250 a day. Yes, I have confirmed repeatedly that the currency is US dollars.

The hotel's front desk service is very poor. The restaurant is also very average. The facilities are also very average. The top room is a suite with one double bed. The room given to us has two single beds. We went to the front desk to argue. The front desk said that there are no other rooms. We can't help you whether you like staying here or not. We don't express it at all. I have been to Cancun 4 times and this hotel has the worst experience. It's terrible.
