The service was horrible and Mr Deago was not very friendly to us. He said he was the front desk manager who tried to force me to eat an uncooked pizza from the restaurant inside the hotel and completely humiliated both me and my wife saying we had to pay for it. The hot water worked only on occasion, the wifi was in and out and we couldn't get a connection. Even the housekeeping completely screwed up by not cleaning our room after we asked several times and even leaving a dirty towel they used to clean the room beside the television. This is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at and is definitely not the price we paid.

The drinks with the meal smelled bad.
They changed them.
The breakfast was normal.
However, the whole place smelled bad, so I ate a little and then stopped.
There was an overall smell. It was a bit disappointing.
I wondered if it really cost 10,000 yen in Japanese yen.
In Japan, it would probably cost 6,000 yen.
I regretted not staying at the hotel next door.
