The receptionist had a very bad attitude, she made me have a bad time, there are no elevators and if you get the top floor it is very tiring, the beach smells bad

The treatment is unfriendly, I was traveling with a special guest and she did not leave with a good taste in her mouth from the treatment that at times was even rude, she took it as it is and as guests we try to enjoy it as much as possible but without a doubt it was not the best experience

The hotel is quite simple, but it's fine for one or two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was acceptable. It's quite good value for the price.

It is a hotel with good value for money. I only look at the bed and not the room condition, but I had no problem sleeping. If you use the all-inclusive, you can drink unlimitedly, so I drank all day while looking at the ocean. The food menu overlaps, but it is edible and good.

A very well located hotel, except that the tax they have announced does not match and they end up charging you more, there was a lot of seaweed and the beach is not very enjoyable.
