Quiet Hotel. Value for money. Near ADO Cancun bus station.

Just cold water in the shower, pillow hard like a rock, water in the floor because the shower box don't have doors, bad service.

酒店在偏僻的小路上，沒有沐浴露 洗髮水床單上有污跡和被香煙燙過的洞。訂單已寫明包含城市税但到店還是被收了76元/天的費用

The hotel is on a remote road, there is no shower gel or shampoo, and the sheets have stains and holes burned by cigarettes. The order stated that the city tax was included, but the hotel still charged 76 yuan/day

Oplichterij m.b.t. de touristentax (6x meer dan wat de Trip app aangaf).  zo denk je een "goedkoop" hotel te hebben (€28) en wordt het zo ineens €33.

Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a "cheap" hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.

The other reviews are accurate in terms of there being no hot water. I never had any and got tired of asking. My mum stayed in a room next to me and hers was warm after she asked. I think they have to turn it on every morning. So none at night.  It's a shame because it lets this place down. The room was lovely, big enough and clean. It was cleaned daily and the staff were great.   The location of the hotel is on a backstreet in downtown cancun. Very near the centre (walking distance) , shops, etc and lots of street food places, minimarts and the bus station. Also near a really nice vegan cafe as cancun is not really vegan friendly.   There was one local bar we went to only once. (oasis) There is no nightlife nearby at all. The ”piano bar” that is round the corner is actually a table dancing / gentleman's club which myself and my mum were denied entry to. We just wanted a bar with music but this could not be found anywhere near where we stayed. Maybe we came in a quiet month.   There didn't seem to be many tourists but maybe that is because its February. The locals did not speak much English, we struggled with local eateries as we know no Spanish but I know we should not expect everyone to speak English. The lady at the vegan cafe was very helpful though.   The restaurant was good, the staff did not speak much English but there was a good variety of food. We only ate there a couple of times and the prices were OK. There was no bar at the hotel just the restaurant. There is a bar there but the room was empty, again it may just be because it is not the summer / busy season.   The nearest beach is a taxi ride away and the hotel zone where the more picturesque beaches are were a bus ride away which is very cheap. The taxi prices  fluctuated but there was always one outside the hotel. Please note that when we got picked up from the airport the driver did not k ow where the hotel was and a lot of the local taxi drivers did not know either.   I know this is a long review but hopefully it will help someone who needs to decide. If you want a cheap quiet place to stay and you're not visiting cancun for the nightlife then this is fine. If you want to party, drink in the evening then stay in an all inclusive in the hotel zone.   The pool is very small but cleaned daily.   The WiFi is was fine for simple things and better than nothing.   And there's  a free pool table!

Go to De with friends, very satisfied with coming back next time

Hotel, undergoing renovation, staff, pleasant, cleaning lady, pleasant, restaurant not inviting, neighborhood not very welcoming, but we encountered no security problems public transport at the end of Larue supermarket, at the end of Larue, open until at 10:00 p.m. seven days a week
