Hotel was horrible service horrible, from the time I arrive the room was wrong no ac stayed in the room 3 days with no air condition when they finally moved my room a day before leaving . They treated the kids so bad not to mention roaches in hotel , food was not good, smh I will never recommend this hotel to anyone going forward

Good , small resort but everything including, staff friendly

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.

The hotel is quite big and better than expected. There are also many hotel options.

We loved this resort and can’t wait to visit again.i do wish that the wait staff by the pool was more attentive and the infinity travel club didn’t push so much.everything else was perfect.

The staff were soo helpful and kind in every way! The enthusiasm of the entertainment staff helped us loosen up and keep the the good vibes rolling! Lots of food options and plenty of fun to be had around the pool and on the beautiful beach area.

The service in this hotel is beyond excellent, and the food and alcohol drinks are great too. However, the shower in the room sucks, the hot water could suddenly stop in the middle of the shower, and comes again after a while. Otherwise, location is great, ocean front and easy access, multiple pools for kids and family.

The water park for kids is a great plus. My kids soend their mornings playing for hours there. The food we enjoyed most was from buffet.

I really enjoyed the my time off in seadust resort. My friends recommended me and i will definitely recommended anyone want to have memorable experience with family choose seadust resort. Excellent services and activities for all ages. Staff are so polite and friendly.

Great resort. Excellent food choices. Friendly staff. Room was nice and big same bathroom but will benefit of some restorations.

Amazing rooms, the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. Armando from the Mexican restaurant is the most amazing waitress, he made us feel like we owned the place. Yadira by the pool amazing service and drinks! The hotel is definitely great for families. I think the should invest on the pool area and the property side area. It looks dirty. Every single person was extremely nice and helpful. The food was great.

My room was facing the ocean and it has the best view where you wake up to the rising sun which energizes your day. The pools in the front and back are awesome places to hang around with plenty of pool activities. Also in the evening at 7PM, there is a show to end your day feeling fully entertained every day. All in all, my stay was awesome!!

Overall we had a good time with our family. We did not enjoy the buffet food at all. I would have given it a better rating if the food was better. We did enjoy some of their restaurants, but those often had a 1 hour plus wait. Because of that, you found yourself eating buffet food, which didn’t taste great. If they improved food wait times or buffet food delivery, I would have given it 4.5 stars.
