The room was big and quiet with good AC, we only had one cockroach, and the location is close to the heart of the hotel zone! There is also a beautiful beach right nearby (just walk through the fiesta they’re nice).

This has been a fantastic hotel that is now past its prime but still very comfortable, inviting and intriguing. The staff are helpful and the morning breakfast buffet is very good.

The hotel is a converted shopping plaza. Room wasn't the same as in the picture but good for what we paid for. The room was so sanitized, that the smell of Javel was in the air for the first day. No windows in the room with the exception of the frosted display window in the passage way of the hotel. All in all, not too bad for the price. Located across the street from the RIO Palace.

Our reservation was cancelled at the lobby without any explanation. Instead of 3 nights we paid extra and only where able to stay one night. But this was an extremely low level stay.
Be aware - this is an old out-of-business shopping mall, that was turned into the hotel/hostel.
Rooms have no windows, bathrooms are inside the room, no soap, no towels.

It's a underground mall they turn into a hotel. we had no windows. It felt like a cave, so we couldn't breathe.
The shower is connected to the bathroom. There's only a curtain to divide the bathrooms from the bedroom. And I hate having to take cold showers period the water would impeat at all period definitely the worst hotel i've ever stated.

Cute little spot by lack substance , no bar or pool but have potential to be a hot spot the hotel and I'll will be there next year

Emplyees were friendly and helpful.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and a bit noisy from the hallway.
Beds were comfortable and good and location fine for a few nights before continuing travels.

Below average, lacks essentials like small towels, lobby can get too noisy and the sound goes straight to the room. Staff pushing carts at 5 am and passing by your room causing so much noise is very normal there.
