Location is perfect. But way too noisy!!!! Basically impossible to sleep.

We were able to store our luggage before check-in, so we could enjoy sightseeing comfortably. The staff were very helpful.

It is just as described, comfortable, clean, organized, well located. We loved it

總體來説很一般，不提供吹風機，需要抵押護照才給借，衞生也很一般，因為來m有一天我在酒店躺平，看着工作人員來打掃衞生，非常敷衍非常馬虎，不推薦不會再預訂了。失望。照片就是沒有照片。

在這家酒店住了半個月了，別的也就這樣了來旅遊的話預算不充足的話這家酒店是個不錯的選擇，在市區性價比還是很高的

I’m giving it 5 stars for its purpose. It’s obviously not a fancy all inclusive resort but it’s a great place to stay if you plan on going to excursions or tours which means you won’t be on the hotel for most of the day. Rooms are good size, comfortable beds, good AC. Shower is pretty nice. TV has netflix and youtube. 7-11’s, Circle K, restaurants, and supermarket's, all walking distance. Public beach about 20 minutes bus ride. I will stay here again.

Very nice, budget friendly, clean, comfortable, and polite staff. Close to fun shopping and great food. I stayed here on a Dental vacation and it was great. It’s very close to Gory Tacos which I really enjoyed. Beautiful Frieda Kahlo pictures in the lobby. Decent breakfast nook downstairs for a quick bite before you go exploring.

Great location about 3 easy walking blocks from central bus terminal. We had a deluxe room and it was large with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. Showers have a good supply of hot water. Reception is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room staff were pleasant. Only con would be the poor lighting. Impossible to read in bed. 3 ceiling bulbs needed to be replaced.

We got to this hotel exhausted after a very long flight landed 3 hours later than expected. The receptionist told us they had sent an email that the room wasn't available anymore. They had sent it a few hours earlier, how could we read it during a 10-hour flight? No help whatsoever in finding alternative accommodation, the receptionist said the phone didn't work, sure. Avoid staying here if you don't want to end up overbooked and without accommodation at midnight!

The hotel is located near the city centre, it is perfect if you don’t want to stay in the hospitality area. We had a little problem with the air conditioning and they immediately changed our room. The room was well-equipped, beautiful and very comfortable. The walls are thin though, we could hear some noise at night. Breakfast is very good and varied. The staff was helpful when we needed help. Parking is supposed to be included but we had to park in the street next to the hotel. There was a parking lot behind the hotel but we weren’t authorized to park there, I wonder why. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay !

We stayed in this hotel only for one night because we were planning to go to Holbox for the rest of the holiday, so I think this hotel was good for that one night. The bad was that the hot water didn’t go. On the other hand, the hotel was cheap and it has a great position.

Right next to the hotel is the night club just open in November (we didn’t know this when we book). Every single night you will heard super loud music (basically think as you turn on the speaker on you room to loud) pass mid night. You will heard people dancing, cheering, screaming , DJ’s voice. During Friday, music stop around 1:30 am. During Saturday and Sunday good luck…. Basically whole night. Just don’t expect to sleep even with your ear plug in. There is no hook in the shower, you have to put your body wash, shampoo, tower and cloth outside( unless you want to put it on the wet floor) .
