We had a good experience, the check in and check out were smooth, all the staff was very nice, Marcela Gonzalez helped us with all the information and tour inside the hotel. If you have little ones, the hotel has a club with activities and a pool only for them. The app (Oasis palm) will be helpful.

Tuve inconveniente en mi reservación y fue todo un caos es pero que Trip se haga responsable ya que fue un error en la reservación me realizaron dos cobros y según la reservación ya estaba todo incluido no me incluyeron a los niños y la reservación indica que los niños menores de 12 años se hospedan gratis incluimos 4 y nos cobraron por los cuatro

Rooms were dirty bed had stains, the drawers had left over food wraps , employee are extremely rude , they always have attitude like they own the place , the all inclusive is a scam the lines to eat are crazy long , or you will need reservations to eat , we didn’t even end up staying and lost our money , they also charge us extra fees .

Front desk associate were little rude.
In the breakfast buffet in Bites food hall hostess and waitress had the worst service ever, the food was great do. I hated going to the bar only one server at all times, to get a beer it took over 15 minutes.
The best experience was in the restaurant Cocoa grilled and seafood, we had dinner there every night
Rodolfo was our waiter every night amassing service he deserves a raise. Food was excellent as well.

The day to day personel is great, beach is nice and the cleaness is good. They have personel from 2 different company for activities, so the possibility are almost endless. There are free shows in the evening that my kids loved, same thing for activities in the day, arcade center when you need a break of the beach an pools. But the food is not steady, one day it's great, the next it's disgusting. Also, many levels of client, so you get lost in where you are allowed and not, what you can use and not, where you can eat and where not...
And most of all, the commercial pressure... You almost can't just arrive and go on with your vacation, meeting with a representative that will try to sell you stuff, first morning, meeting of over 2 hours trying to get you to join the oasis VIP club, or whatever other levels of club. They don't let you go, you say no and... But there's one last deal I can offer you... it will just take 30 seconds... but there's an other option.......... non stop. representatives at every corner trying to sell tours or activities, it's good, but then, it's also too much.

I like it in general great property plenty amenities and activities. Staff is very limited on information. I think smile’s cost more. If someone is smiling at you or being nice or helping is because they want to sell something at you. Too many sells force people very little service staff.
