Capital O Farallon Inn, Cancún

The location is very good, not far from the beach, and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are also very close. Great service and great enthusiasm. The hotel should have a certain history, good for a short stay.

Very good hotel and location

Horrible, I arrived and they told me that it was full, after talking to the page through which I paid for the reservation they already gave it to me, then the hotel does not have an elevator and I had to go up 5 floors with the suitcases since they do not have a bellboy or anyone that helps. Some relatives wanted to contact me and they don't have an intercom to transfer calls and the room is horrible and old. Apart from that the treatment of the staff is very rude and arrogant. I do not recommend staying there for any reason.

The worst was the reservation, an external company or person offered me some things that the hotel employees were unaware of when I arrived. When I arrived at night, a man who was a little grumpy attended to me but everything was fine, they assigned me a different room than the one I had reserved. But the next day, as soon as Grace arrived and everything was fixed!! Grace and Merengue are the best thing about the hotel, a very nice person and good vibes who quickly makes you feel very comfortable!! I liked it so much that I couldn't even recognize that I wasn't going to beat Argentina in the World Cup hahaha... a great experience without a doubt!! That when you go in tourist mode you must repeat because if you go to theme parks and explore, it is not affordable to go to an all-inclusive or very expensive hotel because it would be a wasted expense.
