We booked a sunrise room, and when we arrived at the hotel, we got a room on the first floor as shown in the attachment. The hotel front desk told us that this was a sunrise room and that the hotel was full today and we couldn’t adjust the room (we were told very confidently many times that the sunrise room on the first floor was like this). We contacted Ctrip to resolve the issue, and Ctrip told the hotel that they admitted that they gave us a sunset room. The view from the window actually has nothing to do with sunrise or sunset.
