Perfect for what we needed it for. Good little spot. Cheap

It is relatively close to Cancun ADO Central Station, about an 8-minute walk, and is suitable for a day trip by bus to Chichen Itza. It costs 120 pesos from the airport to the station. From the station, take the Orento bus 245 directly to the gate of Chichen Itza. Tickets to Chichen Itza are very expensive at 614 pesos. The conditions of the hotel are very poor in all aspects. It is very fashionable. There is no refrigerator or microwave, there is no place to put the suitcase, and the water is very small. It feels like I have returned to the 1990s to remember the bitterness and sweetness. Later I stayed at Ibis, and the conditions were much better than this.

We didn't stay the night. Our a/c was non functional, room smelled of sewage and bed sheets were full of stains. Our other famiily members' room smelled like an astray. It was horrible. We checked right out. Went to another hotel and paid the same price. Thankfully, we got a refund, we appreciate the receptionist for that.

I stayed here one night as I had a long layover in Cancun and wanted something close to the ADO bus station. The hotel rooms could really use a refresh, but there was nothing terrible about them. They were clean enough, however I did find toiletries left over by previous guests; made me wonder about the housekeeping. The pool was very welcoming and a blessing in the heat. And speaking of heat, the AC in my room was old and loud like a jet engine (light sleepers beware!). I really have to tip my hat to the front desk staff. I had some issues with the new digital arrival forms (do yourself a favour at Mexico customs and go the old fashion way; talking to the guy in the box. The new face scanning system is a monumental pain in the ****!), and the lady working the desk moved mountains to help me (with my limited Spanish and her non-existent English). I can say enough good things about her, as she went above and beyond to help me. I wish I got her name, so I can give her proper credit in this review. All in all, an okay hotel.

It lacks cleanliness in the pool area, the rest is passable, the air controls did not work and the towels are already in very bad condition, the location is very good and the hotel is very quiet if I would return but take it. into account the opinions

We spent one night in this hotel, in its original form (no modern renovation), but it was quiet and despite a room on the street side we slept well. Mattress a little soft... Too bad we can't have breakfast. We took it from a nearby hotel (50m) at 220 pesos per adult and 150p per child: expensive and not great!

We are 3 girls and we reserved a night at this property for December 17-18, we would have arrived in Cancun on the 15th, but from the 15th to the 17th we would have been in Valladolid; about two weeks before we sent a message to the property asking if it was possible to leave our suitcases from 15 to 17 at the property although our reserve was for 17-18, the property replied to us saying that they have limited space for suitcases, but if it had been possible in terms of space, we could have safely left our suitcases. on the 15th, as already mentioned, we arrived at the facility and asked if it would be possible to leave our things and they answered us in a super rude way telling us that they didn't have this service, when we knew that clearly it wasn't the truth because already we had communicated with the structure, pointed this out and highlighted the fact that in case we could also pay for the service, the receptionist suddenly changed his version, telling us that we could leave our bags there by paying 400 pesos for two days! around 40 euros for two really small suitcases (the hand luggage you can take on the plane)! Consequently we asked for explanations on the fact that no one had mentioned such a high price and I showed the message that really did not mention any payment at all, they made fun of us by saying that the message is sent automatically by the computer (when it is not clearly Like this). the service was bad, the people who work at the property are extremely rude, the hotel room is very bad, the air conditioner does not work, the shower has no container for water and as a result the whole bathroom is flooded and if a person wants to take a long shower and wash their hair the whole room is flooded as the water comes out of the bathroom! all terrible, starting from the reception! extremely rude.
