It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

my experience was bad, so to start I got to the hotel early check-in was not till 3 so I had to wait 3 hours before we could get our room keys. I went to celebrate my bday.. my niece's reservation was ready early before even check-in time so we all were able to change clothes in her room before our room was ready at 3 p.m. We went to the buffet to eat, and the food was okay the service at the buffet was always good, and the staff was polite and respectful. Quiet and relaxing. Not a place for nightlife or night clubs. However you can party outside the facility because cocobongo is nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only thing we wish would be better would be the reception and booking for tour to be more organized as to explaining the packages to guest and when making a reservation to a restaurant they have more communication with one another
