Toilet was not working. Not sealed properly so it was leaking. Food quality and options were awful. 24hr snacks were not 24 hour, was as and when. The staff were lovely but the way it is being run is awful. The food was cold. The options of restaurants having to make reservations was not made aware upon check in

Lost my passport and security staff jumped on and do a huge all out investigation, very impressive. They had treams going trough garbage and laundry. They found it and save the day since i was leaving 420 am the next day. Shows where great and the dj at the main pool was doing all my request.Management has a great team of employees. 100 % will go back. Only one thing they have an italian restraunt, wow not even close. It was like the blind leading the blind on that one. But all other restraunts where great !!!

The check in was excellent, was given a room early with an excellent view of the beach. The beach was breathtaking. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was great quality. The dinner choices every night at each restuanratnt were wonderful.

Too many stairs, up, down, up, down, up and down. Food was ok, nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not ready at check-in time

Loved the staff and the resort was perfectly maintained.
Of course there is some age to the property.

Unfortunately we were not that happy with our stay. Beach was full of sea weeds. That was really stupid. You can’t even go and swim. I am not happy with food and drinks. Food was just okey. Not many veg options. Drinks were the most unpleasant. For example asked for pinacolada. It was premix super sugary liquid with crushed ice. Highly not recommended it guys.
