Hotel was ok for the price we pay.
Need a lot of work to be on Hotel Zone.
But it can turn beautiful, view was amazing, front desk personal amazing very helpful with directions and information also the people at the gate and the shopping store.

Stayed in the master suite for 3 days. The view was amazing but the lady receptionist was the rudest person i've ever encountered. Wifi coverage is awful, had to pay more money than trip.com said at the time of booking.

Sehr schmutzig. Ich bekam 3 Tage lang die selben benutzten Handtücher einfach nur frisch zusammen gefaltet.

Hôtel ayant une magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue sur une très belle plage mais tout est gâché par les employés.
Dès le début nous sommes accueillis par deux femmes, hautaine, méchantes, qui accueillent mal !

Surveillant piscine très méchant également !! J’étais pressé de partir
On dirait j’étais en prison !
Restaurant pas propre, cher et pas bon!!!!
Salle de bain très petite, on a eu un mini gel douche pour deux pendant 3 jours !!!

Anbefaler ikke! Dårlig service og dårlig renhold.
Wifi doesn’t work at the room. Have to use common areas. Its really slow and bad.
Resturant didn’t speak good english. Messed up our order and got angry when we complained. Terrible service.
Room wasn’t clean. Stains on the floor and when we threw a towel on the floor to get a new one, they just put it up on the hanger again. Had to ask for new toiletpaper and stuff because they didn’t refill. Find another hotel, trust me.

The beds were extremely hard, NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE even tho it was on the website and it was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel in the first place. It was stressful to deal with our taxi situation cuz our return taxi the next day didn’t show up. Other than that, if this place would do a bed upgrade and take down the shuttle advertisement, we would def give it 5 stars. Beautiful beach/views!! The room was unique, cute restaurant, & friendly staffs.
