Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

The items in the buffet are relatively fresh. The beach does not seem to be under the management of the hotel, and there is an extra charge on the beach. It is best to hide in the hotel. Water activities on the beach will be mandatory to tip $20, and $60 for 6 photos. It is charged by a Korean 🤏, and he will not force it if he tells him that he is Chinese.

If you are someone who enjoys nice beach fronts, good food, good drink, and good entertainment... This place is not it. My girlfriend got food poisoning EVERY time we ate at the resort. The drinks are all made with theowest quality alcohol you could imagine, the "beach front" is a spit of sand surrounded by docks and boats, the entertainment is laughable, the water to bathe is cold, the AC was busted half the time. The staff is nice, but this place is SUB PAR. I would genuinely recommend you stay at a regular hotel and eat out or find another all inclusive that isn't this place. The staff was nice and helped us find places to go outside of this S-hole
