It was better than the review. There's Walmart supermarket connected to lobby, so easy to grab foods, milks, gifts... Also, all the hotel counter abd service people are nice. My room was quiet and yes you can hear if people close door really hard but it can happen to any hotel. There's separate Air conditioning so room was cool. You can control the temperature. Also There's pizza restaurant and rental car service in the lobby. Very convenient location overall.

There are too few rooms. I booked a room for 3 people. The two double beds are too thin. I put two luggages there. There is no room to move around. There are no chairs, only a bed and a small wardrobe. I mainly stay here because it is close to the airport, but uber is also available. It takes 25 minutes to get to the airport, and we collected more than 300 pesos in the morning. There is a supermarket downstairs, a casino opposite, and a large shopping mall on the other side, with enough food and shopping.

I don't know how hotels in Mexico are rated... Overall, they seem to be quite backward... You have to bring a lot of things with you, but it's OK if you just want to rest overnight.

I paid on the website, but when I first arrived, they kept saying that they couldn't confirm it, so when I showed them my voucher, they wanted 172 pesos more than the original 132 pesos, and I fought with them for 30 minutes without giving them my bank card, and finally I was able to check in with the original amount. Mexicans are prone to scams, so I don't know if it's because the counter staff is naturally swindlers or if the reservation website misrepresented the information... I went back to the counter and asked, and of course they said it wasn't their fault lol. The worst hotel that makes no sense, go somewhere else.
