Great Reno done in 2023. Specialty restaurants were not as good as the buffet. Steak house is terrible.

Our stay was great the employees and staff were next level. But the food was meh. Definitely never changed and was bland and awful after a couple days we just kept going into town for food

I had an amazing experience. A for entertainment, they really put an effort for entertainment - morning/night. Snack bar and drinks were good. I was disappointed with the asian resto. I loved the mexican resto the most! Love the vibes of the hotel for any group ages. Location was not the best. There weren’t walkable stores nearby. Will def come back to this hotel.

Rui Caribe came highly recommended by friends. Loved the pool layout. Room was quiet. Noise from the property next door went on too long. Food was great. Staff was very friendly. Was really comfortable for the week we were there. Going back in May.

The staff did an amazing job with how friendly and inclusive they are with activities on the resort. Definitely was a tough time leaving to go back home but Definitely worth it!

RIU never disappoints. Food options are endless, entertainment is amazing, the beach very beautiful.
The only disappointment was with transportation. We paid through ******* for the shuttle both ways, but they never picked us up, and this is not the first time. ******* should hire reliable companies if they want to stay in business. We ended paying additional money for a cab. This was the only disappointment.

I liked the variety of food choices. Buffet was a bit better than most 'all inclusive' buffets- Wonderful fresh options. I also liked the bar options. It was great that the Sports Bar was open 24 hours. Liked that the mini bar was free, and bottled water was free... would have liked room service, but we certainly didn't starve! :)

We both had violent food poinsoning from the buffet. 3 days written off because we were so sick. Our bodies still havent fully recovered. Ive stayed at many other rius and been to mexico many times and never had issues before this one. The food is not being handled properly. Other than that, the resort is beautiful. Our vacation was ruined because of the buffet so we wont be staying at this one again.

Nice resort. Enjoyed the swim up bar and infinity edge of pool overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly.
Would like to see wait staff in sport bar.
