Rental basis: Room with shared facilities Number of bedrooms: 1; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 This accommodation has the following amenities: 1 very comfortable matrimonial bed with 4 pillows The sofa pulls into 2 individual single beds for 3rd of 4th guests Full private bathroom with shower and amenities which include organic soap and shampoos, towels Cleaning once a week , change of towels every 3rd day Ceiling fans and Air Conditioner Smart Tv Free Wifi The kitchennette consists of : Table and chairs Refrigerator Microwave 20 litter bottled water Electrical keetle for boiling water for coffee, tea or soups Plates, cups, glasses , blender and other kitchen utensils We also provide little packages of coffees, teas, sweeteners, powder cream cleaning and change of linnen once a week. Change of towels every 3rd day. Guests on this accommodation will enjoy a very nice small terrace outside, Located in downtown Cancun, extremely easy access to / from the Cancun airport, just 3 blocks from main bus terminal (airport shuttle arrives/departs here every 30 minutes, only 5 usd (4 euros) and close to local bars and local restaurants, a few steps from supermarkets, market 23, pharmacy, dentist , near thematic park Las Palapas which has free local entertainment almost every night and many good food stands , the bus terminal has departures to most places in Mexico including archaeological sites, the ferry to Isla Mujeres is only 10 min by local bus or taxi, local buses to Cancun Beaches are only 3 blocks from here, distance to the beachminutes by local bus.
