Enjoyed the all-inclusive experience.
The staff were very friendly and talked to me.
They answered my questions politely.
I was able to relax on the beach and around the pool from before check-in to after check-out!
I could eat and drink anything at any time, and my favorite is the poolside buffet restaurant đ
The alcohol is delicious here.
I was impressed that I could see the beach from my room đ
The good thing about the sun loungers by the pool (shade) is that they are secured from the morning.
It's a good idea to leave your bath towels out in the morning.
The bath towels used by the poolside can be replaced frequently without affecting the price.
You can exchange them for a card or get a new towel.
I wonder if the jacuzzi is lukewarm for Japanese people at 35 degrees Celsius?
In Mexico, where there are only showers,
I have a strong desire to soak in a bathtub... It's a shame.

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach.
4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient.
6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

Although overall it was a good stay, most of the employees are rude and grumpy. On the other hand, reservations at the best restaurants are complicated. They do not stock the mini bar even though we request it several times.

A SPARKLING CARIBBEAN JEWEL
Make your entrance in one of the most desirable locations in all of CancĂșn. Breathe in the ocean air. Sway in a balcony hammock. Soak up the sun and scene at Bungalow Beach Club. Treat yourself at the spa. Take a swing at 18 holes. Recharge in a gorgeous suite. Welcome to SLS Cancun, a siren of the Caribbean calling you to its shores.
GGuest User2023.07.08
Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so itâs a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. Iâll see you soon.

Because we came during the off-season, the rooms were empty, so we got the opportunity to upgrade the room type for an extra $60, from the sunset room to a low-rise suite (not in the same building), including two bedrooms and two living rooms. The hotel pool is very small and not as good as the one next door that costs 5,000 per night, but the food is good, the beach location is also very good, and the hotel is full of locals on vacation. In general, it is very cost-effective and suitable for people who want a slow-paced vacation.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights .
Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good .
Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect .
Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe itâs because of the âall inclusiveâ type of the service.

Very Good
ìšìšêŒŹLeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heavenâĄ
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.
Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...âĄâĄ
GGuest UserOverall staff was very good especially the spa cleaning and reception staff was fantastic I am giving a score overall 8/10 just if they provide a halah food restaurant it will be very good.I recommended it to friends and family visitors

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

GGuest UserThe location is in downtown and close to restaurants and money exchanges. Hotel is well serviced, although I feel the breakfast could have been better. The room sink had an issue when we arrived, it took me a follow up to get a person who took the bathroom towel to remove it and left both the wet towel and sink block on the bathroom platform ⊠perhaps few things they can improve on. The hotel also has gym and a facility to wash clothes

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.Â
BUT⊠The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesnât help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, thereâs crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned! Â
Thereâs tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado  23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I wouldâve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, CobĂĄ and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! Thereâs very few trips at that price to see all that.Â
Also I saw other travelers say thereâs not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; weâll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did đ we stayed for 3 days but wasnât really a place to make friends or meet other travelers⊠ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.

BBrianThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.
