Yoan welcomed us warmly and had been kind to make advance reservations for us at our favorite restaurants in Cancale and Dinan. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the bed linens seemed a bit rough to the touch this year. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the heater worked well, which was good to have with the large open shower. Breakfast offerings included bread, cakes, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, etc., as usual, with eggs available to fry or boil to your liking. Note that the eggs are fresh and uncooked -- several folks, thinking they were soft (or hard) boiled, picked them up to take to their tables. We highly recommend.

We were delighted with the historic property that was quaint and very comfortable to stay. The rooms were well appointed and clean. 100% atmosphere of Brittany. Breakfast option was very nice. Bar was limited but still excellent. Modest pricing Definitely stay there again

What a gem this place is a credit to the owners and staff! We booked a superior room for ourselves and a standard for the kids but were upgraded to 2 superiors, which was a bonus. It’s a quaint old building that has been renovated to a superb standard, our rooms were up a spiral staircase on the first and second floors, which could be an issue for those with mobility issues, but I’m sure they have rooms that are suitable. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Definitely will stop here again if in the area.

For a number of years this small, rural, charming hotel on the outskirts of Cancale has been our base for exploring one of our favorite areas in Bretagne. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The showers are open, so we try to be careful to avoid splashing too much on the bathroom floor. Myriam offers a generous array of breakfast items and the opportunity to fry or scramble your own fresh eggs (and ham). The staff are friendly and helpful, and those at reception speak English, for those of us whose French is somewhat limited. Reception is staffed from 3pm for check-in, so when we arrive early, we relax in the central reception area or in the lounge of the Manoir. We highly recommend — and will continue to return.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Cancale, Brittany. By the way, this is the oyster capital of France. At the same time, you can walk to the center or the embankment in 30 minutes. Essentially, this is a chateau converted into a hotel, but at the same time maintaining the atmosphere of a rural estate. Good old France, as it is. Horses graze outside the window, which can be seen from the modern Jacuzzi installed next to the pool. One of the small disadvantages is that it is difficult to lift a heavy suitcase up the spiral staircase. No restaurant, only breakfast and bar during the day. After eight there is basically no staff. So it’s better to stock up on wine in advance))

Jolie redécouverte de ce lieu qui mérite le détour. Un joli cadre, une belle ambiance musicale et un salon de thé qui mérite le détour à Cancale. Des petites douceurs très bonnes et appétissantes (pour celles qui n'ont pas été goûtées.). Cookies, madeleines, muffins, far breton....choix de thés... Ne pas hésiter à venir passer un bon moment, vous ne regretterez pas.

Une belle découverte, un lieu calme et romantique chargé d’histoire, nous avons séjourné 3 jours en décembre Cadre bucolique, belle bâtisse du 18ème siècle. Un accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins. Chambre joliment décorée Adresse à retenir….

Chambre 22, en hauteur et au calme. Etablissement très agréable ! Un repos assuré. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre comportait une baignoire et une douche à l'italienne. La literie est très bonne, surtout si vous n'appréciez pas les matelas trop durs. Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette demeure en pierres au charme absolu. Accueil très souriant et très professionnel. Calme absolu et parenthèse en dehors du temps. Petit déjeuner excellent, de grande qualité avec pâtisseries faites maisons et produits régionaux. Chambre confortable et spacieuse et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons c'est sur dès notre passage dans la région. Nous recommandons vivement.
